Poor staff attitude
The staff at the Hwy 141 location seem to hate their jobs. They appear irritated that they have to provide customer service. Very unfriendly!!

I made a $42.99 in-store purchase on June 4, 2026, logged into my account on my phone at the time of transaction. My Order History confirms the purchase. Zero points were awarded — despite full documented proof and following every program rule.
I contacted customer service via email to resolve it. The response was dismissive, sarcastic, and rude. Rather than address the issue, they told me to use the chat function. I opened a chat. No one ever responded — not in one hour, not in six hours. Six hours.
I then tried calling the 844 number widely listed online as Crumbl's customer service line. I called it three times. Each time I was told it is an internet company — not Crumbl — that simply receives misdirected Crumbl calls all day long. That number has nothing to do with Crumbl. Customers searching for help are being routed to a dead end and no one at Crumbl has bothered to correct it.
This is a loyalty program that takes your money, fails to award the points you earned, then stonewalls you through every support channel they offer. Email is staffed by rude agents who deflect. Chat is an empty room. The phone number is a fiction. Customer service email is rude and says nothing they can do only see chat for points.
A company that is operationally broken and service-challenged at the same time is not a company that survives long. You cannot run a loyalty program in bad faith and expect customers to keep coming back. I won't be.
I only went to crumblcookie for the milk chocolate chip cookie, it was the best I had ever had. Now they don't make that anymore, you get one that has milk and dark chips together. I hate dark chocolate so they just lost me as a customer!. Don't change what is already great!
I’ve been to several locations, and they are all exactly the same—which is to say, a complete disaster for my self-control. It’s impressive how every branch manages to make a cookie that feels like a personal attack on my willpower.

You have to be a millionaire to shop at Crumbl cookies because their cookies are so expensive and their brand items too. But it’s a shame that the cookies are so good that you wanted to buy more and their brand items in their store. I love Crumbl cookies keep up the good work❤️😍🥰😋
I would give a zero if I could...rude staff, long wait time, cookies are expensive and don't taste good..go somewhere else
I was placing an order via the app and it basically forces you to tip - $5, $7, $9, or other were the options. I could choose other and enter $0, but that puts me in an uncomfortable position since you’ve created this situation where your employees expect and likely rely on these tips. PAY A LIVABLE WAGE! Stop using your customers to supplement your payroll and increase your profits. Your greed is out of control.
I canceled my order and deleted the app.
Buyer Beware! I just ordered your box of 24 cookies that you are selling for $9.97 that won't sell because of imperfections. My bank stepped in and told me of a charge of $99.00 and another one for $30.00. In a fraudulent try to claim I joined their prescription. I find that I will be sharing this to warn people of your crumbl "ass" cookies.

I have bought and ordered cookies for delivery dozens of times in California. The cookies are great. I attempted to order birthday cookies for my guy in Dallas, TX and got bamboozled. I ordered cookies to be delivered thru crumbl's app. The order was picked up by door dash by Patricia. There was even a note that the delivery was to "hand it to me". I called and texted the door dasher to no avail. 10 mins after I received a "your order has been delivered" msg, Patricia texted back that she left the delivery on the doorstep. I sent her a pic of the doorstep with no cookies. I never heard back. I complained to crumbl and their response was, "once the order is picked up from the store, it's out of their hands". I didn't select door dash, but $10.99 was added for the delivery sevice. I was charged by crumbl and they automatically added 15% tip to the driver that never delivered. It's so disappointing that I enjoy the product, but the customer service is so below par. I contacted corporate thru email and was redirected to a text chat bot. I have had no resolution. I've closed my crumbl account and deleted the app.
These motherduckers didn’t have a cookie that my girl wanted in stock and it ruined her day. Screw you guys, I’m going home!

Buyer beware. The worst experience ever. Called to tell me that the could not deliver for my daughter birthday 10 minutes before it was due to be delivered. Asked ME to call Door Dash to change the time even though I ordered directly through Crumbl. DD could not help called the store back in Aventura to be told nothing they could do. Pathetic
