Excellent customer service.
As a homeowner I don't have much need to contact Crystal, but part of our roof lantern snapped off and with lockdown, it's tricky to get out, so I emailed Crystal direct and within minutes they had replied and helped me to get it all sorted. Thanks so much!!

Generally good. Only deal with Angelina and she is 1st class. Product is good quality equally windows, bi-folds etc.
Excellent delivery times especially standard windows. Have faced some minor issues at times but would recommend.. 👍

Recently had door delivered with the new style hinges 2D
on completion of fitting door noticed door was binding on the frame due to hinges, don't really know why Crystal changed from a really good hinge to this one?

Silly mistakes in fabricating Wrong size cills no end caps add on's missing.
After sales not very good at all.

Gave amended measurements we needed and was assured this had been changed. When product arrived the size amendments had not be accounted for!! causing us more work to adapt to the space we had.

Normally good service! However we have been waiting for over seven months for Crystal to send out a replacement window, causing us to loose the contract and end up with windows we can’t now place any where.
We have been dealing with Crystal for many many years and in the past they have been brilliant, not sure what’s gone wrong just lately.

We have Used Crystal for Many years now and always found there service 2nd to none and will continue to use them for there sales and service.

We received our bifold doors for our new extension ordered through Crystal and are very happy with the product which feels a good quality and a well manufactured product. However, one of the windows had a fault with it. Upon contacting customer support, they quickly identified what was wrong and informed me it was a manufacturing fault. They immediately ordered me a new piece of glass and gave me a delivery date for the glass which was very quick.
Fantastic product and great service from customer support.

Been dealing with Crystal Clear for the last year on a housing development with 35+ plots, the full office staff are really helpful specially James & Suzanne who have been the main contacts with quick turn around on quotes/re-price and with new measurements.

Will use them again for our next housing development due to our client been very happy with service and quality.
