Totally unsatisfactory
Ordered the aid for my wife who is nearing 80 - she did not find it comfortable to wear and the quality of sound was very poor with lot of external noise and a random shrill sound on one side. They would not agree a refund trying to use some legal jargon and made an offer of 40% refund.
Tough I am not having it and have taken it up with the card company and would raise it with my MP if need be.
Please do not order their product and avoid the hassle.

It is so easy to get caught by dishonest traders. The reviews say it all, and have dropped since I bought mine. Bunch of crooks
Refunding seems non existent
I cancelled this order within 30.minutes of making it, as I realised it needed an app to work and would be beyond my mother's (the intended recipient) capability.
After a few emails they stopped responding and no refund appeared.
It's now in the hands of my Barclaycards dispute team.
Reading other reviews, it appears that this response is fairly standard for this company. Glad I didn't faff about wasting my time with them.
Do not use this company and beware purchases from social media sites in general. I certainly won't be making any more, it seems to be a scammers paradise

I just want to warn people to read the small print.This l did not do.l already wear hearing aids, and just thought it would be good to have a spare pair.l have too much hearing loss and hey did not suit me.I sent them back but only got 40% money back.Please read the small print.

After more thsn 2 weeks of trying to return my aids (after 1 week of use) and numerous emails the company have now upped repayment from 30% to 65%. That means, as they will not accept the unopened cleaning kit back, that it would have cost me approx £60 to try their "risk free trial" hearing aids for one week. So I have informed the company i would rather give them to someone who maybe couldn't afford to buy them rather than return them for them to make more profit selling them on again.
So buyer beware from this company!!
The returns procedure.
The returns procedure is extremely difficult. The 45 day guarantee is voluntary and does not guarantee 100% of your money back. It is time consuming to get them to even agree to take them back. They initially offered £45 even though they were open but unused. Eventually the offer was £75.
The company should be more honest with the critical terms and conditions of the return procedure in their advertising.

All good on first day, but still getting used to adjusting volume and programme. They seem to work for me, so I will continue using them, and experimenting with adjustments in different environments. Will need replacement ear tips regularly since my old NHS aids make my ears generate lots of wax. Can’t seem to find out how to order them just yet. Recharged overnight and fingers crossed today that they will continue to work.

The 45 day refund is a complete scam. Read the small print and you'll see they have a get out clause for everything -"diminished value" means you'll never get your £149 back. Avoid at all costs!!!
Appalling Customer Service!
I repeatedly asked for a Return Address to return my unused Hearing Aids the same day they . I have still not recekived an address and Was refunded £30 of £149 which they cost me!

I wish I had never heard of this company
I wish I had never heard of this company. Purchased on 12th APRIL. Received Hearing Aids on 16th APRIL Although the User manual was stamped PASS QA01 the actual package had the ten varying size of ear tips missing from The Accessory box. This box was slightly damaged and had clearly been repackaged following a 'return' as the charging cable wasn't secured.
Seems this company stall at every stage requesting photos (of what's missing??). They denied sending out 'Returns but asked if the Wax Guards were "blocked or discoloured"!
Tips arrived 29th APRL and I enquired if this was now the commencement of the trial period but "Lorraine" said NO. However, I was unable to use even the XS SIZE tip without severe screeching feed back. Many more emails ensued, with them continuing to request photos and further information while sending resources to "Help While I get Used To Them". BUT NO TIPS ACTUALLY FITTED MY EAR!
I have stated I am unable to send phots, and can see from other reviews that my experience is the same as theirs when dealing with Smart Hearing.
On 5th MAY I requested a refund due to the size of my ear canal not allowing even the XS to fit/work without screeching feedback.
On 13th MAY, they appear to acknowledge what I've been told by a hospital Audiologist, that my ear canals are very small/narrow, and have now "escalated my case to their Legal Department for a "formal review to consider a fair outcome". This "typically takes 2-3 business days to complete their review".
Of course they may now say I am outside the Trial Period!!
Meanwhile, I will be contacting Consumer Advice & Trading Standards regarding my position with Smart Hearing

Have expensive hearing aids from Specsavers for the last 4 years. I have had problems with my ears( block up regularly) since childhood and have them syringed 3 times a year. Specsavers ones hook over the ear and wanted to try ones that fitted in the ear but not at Specsavers prices. The cost of these ones far out weighed the risk price wise so ordered a pair which arrived about 5 days after ordered. First time I tried them had a lot of feed back but then I'm due for my next appointment for ear syringing. Tried them again changed the domes for larger ones and their great, can hear better than with Specsavers £2000 ones. So yes very pleased with my purchase."
Not fit for purpose
Not fit for purpose, right ear device didn’t work from the start and the left device stopped working completely after 4 days. I must admit I was quite happy when only one of them was working but now I’ve got two faulty ear pieces. I’ve informed (Lorraine) at support smart hearing 3 days ago but as yet no reply.
If they don’t get back to me by Monday I will request a chargeback from my bank as I paid by credit card.
Update.
Got replies from Lorraine and after informing her that the hearings aids are faulty/not fit for purpose/not as described and within the 30 days, I’m entitled by law to a full refund.
She has told me to return the parcel for a full refund which I agreed to pay for although this contravenes the consumer rights act 2015.
Final update.
Finally received my full refund but not without a lot of stress and cost of return postage. Threatened them with a chargeback claim, contacting trading standards and writing to Sally Sorts It from Wednesday’s Daily Mail Moneymail.
