The delivery was very fast more thank I expected but at the same time I needed the products for my DIY at that same time so thank you!! Rightnow I have used the product made with those powders just for about 8days so no results yet but I believe with time the result will be great!

So I bought face wash and toner
So I bought face wash and toner, been using for nearly 2weeks now morning and night consistently, to be honest I can't say I've noticed much of a difference, the face wash pump was damaged on arrival and doesn't pump,which is annoying. At that price point I expected better.

Unfortunately 2 weeks is nowhere enough time to get any visible results so we ask for you to be patient and i'm sure you will notice some changes.
Our pumps have a safety mechanism which prevent spillage during transportation. To unlock the pump please twist the full cap clockwise and then the lid only anti clockwise till its springs up. This will release the safety and you can use as you please. If the problem still persists please email us at info@crystalglow.co.uk and we'll be happy to send you a replacement for free.

I've been using crystalglow products (kojic/papaya soap + dark spots corrector + lactic acid bodylotion) for 2 weeks now.
I'm seeing results on my face. I have severe hyperpigmentation (face darker than body) and dark spots (acne scars). The dark spots are fading and hope with more time my whole face will become lighter. I dont know if the bodylotion is doing anything but i'll see after a month or so. And i think bcuz the profucts are all natural it doesnt irritate my skin so im really happy. Im thinking of purchasing the kojic acid soap bar bcuz its more potent and the acne serum for my oily skin and breakouts. Besides that, they have a good customer service, they also helped me chose the products and even gave me a free sample of the dark spot correcter.

I have been using the intense brightening lotion and the liposomal glutathione...its been more than a month but I haven't seen visible results I'm still patient and consistent will give another review by the end of the month.

Received in good time despite Covid. 4 stars because the pump on the face wash doesn't work, no instructions or ingredients. Early days so no idea if it works yet

We're sorry to hear you're having problems with your pump. If you twist it clockwise it releases the safety mechanism and you can pump as desired. If you're still having problems please email us at info@crystalglow.co.uk and we will send you a replacement.
All ingredients can be found on the bottom of the label and also on the listings on our website. You can also find useful instructions and tips on the listings too.
Great product, Great service.
Nice fast shipping. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't provide any Safety Data Sheet so I can only use the products for personal rather than commercial use which is a shame.
