Crystal installed a new front door.
The whole process was very quick.
In under 2wks our door was installed.
We had to have 2 day job,the door was installed the first day and rendering the following.
Good communication with the office . Jhon and Adam did the work they where friendly, respectful and professional.
The job was completed satisfactorily
I would recommend Crystal to anyone.

Requested a quote for new windows on a 3 bed semi. Sales person was pleasant at first, however, the pitch was unnecessary long and after a while, I had to leave for an appointment. My husband called to discuss the quote with the sales person present and as soon as I advised that the quote was significantly higher than I had researched and twice as high as a previous quote the hard sale started. The sales person insinuated that we were stupid for wanting to get other quotes and that we would be going with poor value and poor fitting. He described builders in a derisive manner and scoffed at our request for time to consider the quote. He was just all around not very pleasant once he'd established that we wanted to think about it. He dropped his quote by 2k but by this point, I had decided that I wouldn't use a company whose sales tactic is to insult their customers into compliance. I was happy to challenge him, however, I can imagine this tactic could wear people down and result in people being pushed into signing up for something that they are not comfortable with. Irrespective of whether these windows are superior, I will never use a company that uses such horrid sales techniques.

Great communication throughout the consultation, design and fitting process. Took away all the old doors and repaired work done by a previous company.

My experience was overall positive, although the sales had lots of clear patter where the price got reduced drastically to show (faith) this was expected. i was surprised at the price of doors these days was lots more than expected.
That all being said the salesman was very pleasant and the guy who came to install was a very nice guy and very helpful.
The quality seems to be of very good quality and the install team made a very nice job of the door and the finishing touches.

Fitters come on time and were friendly, neat, made sure all surfaces covered and cleaned up when finished.

Helpful friendly fitters solved problems with windows which were expertly fitted in timely fashion. Finances easily arranged so all aspects of the operation completed without hitches

We made a call to Crystals Windows as our porch door had been sticking for a while and having tried a few fixes nothing seemed to work.
They sent a Service Engineer who quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in detail and got to work right away. Within no time the door was working smoothly again.
It was an outstanding service provided by the Service Engineer who was professional, punctual and courteous

We had 5 windows and 3 new doors fitted by the team at Crystal. The work is outstanding quality, no issues experienced, all making good was completed and no snags. Great experience, would recommend to anyone. The guys that came to fit everything were fantastic, kept me up to date with everything that was happening and were also a good laugh! What was thought to be a stressful 2 days came and went with no stress and a few good laughs shared!

Clean and tidy after the workmen left. I'm very pleased with the window fitting 10 year guarantee. Also pleased with the price I paid.

I have used Crystal Windows for a number of products over the last 6 years or so the last being for my brother who had purchased a new house recently. It was a fairly big project all new double glazing, new conservatory, glass roof for utility walkway and garage door. From beginning to end the whole thing was painless. From the sales person to the team who carried out the work and to the customer service team. All are professional, friendly and fantastic!The whole project was painless because all the staff worked closely together, communicated well and knew exactly what they were doing . I would not use any other company as Crystal Windows make everything is so easy! Highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff involved in this project you are all absolutely brilliant 😊

Hi there was very please with our new kitchen doors, the gentleman that came to fit them was extremely nice and his work was very clean and tidy,

Crystal windows impressed us by the way they are determined to leave the customer happy & satisfied with the job.
They are easy to get in touch with regarding any questions or concerns & quick to respond.
They will phone you after the job is completed to check you are satisfied with the fitting & then return to address any details.
All of the staff from office to fitters were polite & helpful throughout the process & our door entry system was tricky to accommodate but they provided a good installation.

Installation team were very efficient, replaced 4 doors in less than a day. All of the team from the guy in b and q, the quote person and the installation ppl were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Crystal windows! Thanks for a quick and painless experience!

Turned up on time. Fast, efficient instalation of my new front door. The finish was far greater than I expected. This guy new what he was doing for sure. Helpful, polite, cleaned up after. If it wasn't for the new door, no one would've known a door had just been installed. I am so pleased with the job

Crystal Windows installation team did an excellent job installing our new windows. They were friendly, considerate and helpful so that during a time of inevitable upheaval in the house, they worked efficiently to complete the job within the agreed time. And protected our internal decorations!
We have previously used Crystal for other parts of the house, front door, garage door, etc and service levels are excellent and the ten year guarantee is real and was honoured without quibble on an issue with our patio door.
Everything went smoothly from quote, date plan and installation. We are very happy with the end result.
We feel comfortable with Crystal for the long term.
