The work operatives arrived on time, very friendly, got on with the work at hand, considerate of possessions and cleaned up after they completed the work.

From start to finish the staff were very helpful and most efficient. The service was excellent. The staff kept us informed of everything from start to finish.
The installers came on time and completed the installation to a very high standard. They were very efficient and did an excellent job. We were very impressed.

The service was very good, was quick and they were professional. Only thing I will say is we felt as though we were pressured into it as was told that we had to let them know there and then even though we were waiting on other quotes. We still went with them even though we got a cheaper quote after agreeing to go with them due to the pay monthly option

Fitters turned up on time and made a good job of the windows and door which replaced existing ones,and was polite and cheerful,no mess and made a good finish the windows.windows look great.

From our preliminary contact through to completion, Crystal's staff were helpful and efficient without being at all pushy. They explained every option available to us and laid out their delivery programme with great clarity. Each element, design, surveying and installation, was handled by people who clearly knew what they were doing. Our planner, Steve, took time to help choose the product we wanted and then gave us clear advice on the payment option available. The fitters, Bob & Tony, were delightful. Arriving on time, working and cleaning up with real care, and willing to go the extra mile for us. Our whole experience of working with Crystal Windows was exceptionally good and I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone.

from our first chat with the wonderful lady at the door giving out the leaflets at b&q roneo corner everything went extremly efficiently. all the staff were friendly and helpful. all appointments were to the times agreed. on the day of instillation dean and chris were very polite and very friendly. they done an excellant job. everything was left clean and tidy. taking all the old stuff away with them.

Overall satisfied with the product. A second visit was required to fix some minor issues spotted after a few days of installation. Took a few reminder calls and follow ups for the installer to return to the property but it may have been due to him being on holidays. Apart from that good service and product.

In under 2wks our door was installed.
We had to have 2 day job,the door was installed the first day and rendering the following.
Good communication with the office . Jhon and Adam did the work they where friendly, respectful and professional.
The job was completed satisfactorily

Requested a quote for new windows on a 3 bed semi. Sales person was pleasant at first, however, the pitch was unnecessary long and after a while, I had to leave for an appointment. My husband called to discuss the quote with the sales person present and as soon as I advised that the quote was significantly higher than I had researched and twice as high as a previous quote the hard sale started. The sales person insinuated that we were stupid for wanting to get other quotes and that we would be going with poor value and poor fitting. He described builders in a derisive manner and scoffed at our request for time to consider the quote. He was just all around not very pleasant once he'd established that we wanted to think about it. He dropped his quote by 2k but by this point, I had decided that I wouldn't use a company whose sales tactic is to insult their customers into compliance. I was happy to challenge him, however, I can imagine this tactic could wear people down and result in people being pushed into signing up for something that they are not comfortable with. Irrespective of whether these windows are superior, I will never use a company that uses such horrid sales techniques.

Great communication throughout the consultation, design and fitting process. Took away all the old doors and repaired work done by a previous company.
