From start to finish the whole experience with Crystal was great, no pressure at all and great workmanship! The quality they use is very good and structurally sound, absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable company, i was recommend and it definitely didn't disappoint, very happy with the new conservatory!

A beautiful job. From initial consultation with the sales person to the installation it was professional. Everything was explained to us and the fitters of our conservatory windows were courteous and efficient. No waiting around either, the installation was carried out less than two weeks after our first contact.

All the staff were very professional and helpful...that includes the person quoting, the survey guy, the staff in the office and the fitter. The information was clear and they accommodated my access needs. I am very pleased with the end product which matches my other windows very well. The fitter (John Watts)worked especially hard and was very polite and respectful. He didn't leave any mess. Thank you.

After having windows replaced by Crystal, I took advantage of their kitchen installations and changed all the doors and drawer fronts and even put up a spare unit I had. The worktop was made longer to fill up a previous gap making everything look bigger and better.

Rob the fitter, was meticulous, calm and a perfectionist to his craft. I'm enjoying just looking at the replacements with a smile.

The window fitter, Andy, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He worked really well even when he discovered a leak from the flat above. He stopped the work and allowed for the leak to be repaired before continuing the work. They also cleaned up any mess and explained everything they were doing. I would recommend him to anyone who needs new windows. There was also excellent communication with the staff in the office. The salesmen, Mo, was also very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the whole process in great detail. All in all a great experience not to mention the excellent quality of the windows. I used Crystal to replace my garage door, which was falling apart for an electric one. I was advised on the best type to purchase, and Glenn, the installer, was excellent. He explained everything he would do, and when the door was supplied, that's exactly what he did. I am very happy

The guys who fitted our windows (John Watt and Adam) were amazing. They arrived early and didn’t stop until they were done. I offered them drinks but they just wanted to get on and get the job done. There was very little mess. We are so happy with the new windows, they make the house look so much brighter and fresher from the inside and the outside. Crystal also did our front door and French doors and are always very good. Would highly recommend.

I have used Crystal Windows and doors on two previous occasions.
Once again the windows were well priced and the quality very good indeed. The fitters did an excellent job and I would highly recommend the company.

After negotiation, we came to a realistic competitive price. The fitter's did a good job in half a day. Unfortunately, the three panelled window was produced with equidistant frames, rather than equal sizes window panes. The result is the centre aperture glass is narrower.The quality is fine.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The salesman, the surveyor and the installer were amazing and quick. The staff at the phone end were so professional. On the day, the installer turned up on time, even before I could return from night shift (I apologise). Great job done by them. I am parading my new door at the workplace. I have already referred a few colleagues. I recognise it's expensive, but it's worth it. Thanks to my daughter, who found Crystal Windows.

Recently used Crystal for a replacement front door. Excellent customer service from inception through to survey. Great product selection and colours. Martin had excellent product knowledge and ensured I considered all options. John W was very thorough on the fitting. All round great service and beautiful door.

The whole process was smooth and incredibly professional, every member of the team were helpful from face to face sales, over the phone ordering / arranging, to the installation team.
Every other quote I had was cheaper but in this case you get what you pay for, I’d rather pay extra to be treated as a valued, supported customer.
There was plenty of guidance through the process from everyone which was evidencing the experience and professionalism the company had.
Massively pleased with the outcome, from point of initial quote to completion of installation was just over two weeks, which was a massive benefit

I am delighted with the service and with my new front door. It was a tricky installation because my porch was too short for a standard door size. The floor had to be cut back allow space for it to open fully. Then it turned out the porch walls were made from chip board rather than plaster board, so they had to be replaced before they could be plastered and made good. Luckily the team sent to my house were highly skilled, beyond door fitting, and were able to solve these unexpected issues easily and without be fazed. They were polite and friendly and it was a pleasure to have them at my house.
