Shocking Outfit, unhelpful and slow. Purchased a cooler unit, of which was mis represented in its description (not entirely cs-caterings fault), but the sheer attitude was shocking! Rude and offensive, but never the less the item could have been returned, yet at my own expense!? with a huge 're-stocking' charge??!! In 30 years of dealing with Electrical products and thousands of companies and suppliers I have never ever experienced such bad customer service. That said, I do enjoy listening to the phone call i eventually received from time to time, just for sheer inspiration and enthusiasm for life given by the employee/call...jeeez....
Great service from Holly I ordered several items all competitively priced and arrived promptly.

I bought a Parry AGFP LPG Gas Fryer.
The product is very good and high quality. I gave a different delivery address than the billing address for delivery, another person was to receive the product. The product was delivered without any warning and confirmation mail. If I didn't follow up, we wouldn't know. I asked the company the following questions:
Where was it delivered?
What is the tracking number?
Why was there no delivery information sent to me?
the answer given to me
"Hello,
Please see POD attached."

Update in response to the company's response
Your apology is bigger than your fault.
1- If a purchased product is on its way, the tracking number should be notified by SMS or email, which you did not do.
2- Even if you give me a tracking number after the product is delivered, who benefits from it?
3 - You send me a delivery manifest after I ask for it, but without answering my questions.
4- Your apology was not accepted, your customer service is very bad.

I recently purchased a Pastaline machine and had great communication with Holly with my enquiry and purchse Fast and efficient and had my item within a couple of days. Recommend this company to purchase any catering equipment you may require

Ordered a Rice maker, that was at a good price. Went through the payment process and completed the deal.
Got two confirming emails of the purchase and two more confirming the delivery date and details.
Got a snotty emails from customer support, telling me the price had been incorrectly put up (by them) and the items was £200 more. Why that is my problem? It them made the item poor value.
Deal was cancelled. with a long delay to put the money back in my account. What a waste of time dealing with cs-catering-equipment. co.uk One to avoid.
Need a new catering freezer to some specific measurements, once I emailed them, they came back to me straight away. Order placed and had a call from the delivery company in the next two days to tell me when it will be delivered. Spot on!
Ordered a small drinks fridge last week and paid by card on-line. Order accepted. I received an email today saying that due to "social distancing" they had to charge an extra £45 + VAT for delivery? Unjustified. Disgusting. Order cancelled.
