We've had CSJ knock our door a few times in the last two years trying to sell windows and doors, and we finally caved last year. We purchased a front door, assured to be high quality and secure. The total cost was over £2k, which we've later found is overpriced for the type of door we have, but at least it was installed promptly and fixed the issues we had before.

A year later, the locking mechanism on the door has become so stiff that it is a real struggle to lock it. CSJ have a single engineer who can carry out repairs apparently, which has led to us waiting longer than necessary to get a broken door fixed. I'm now very skeptical that this door will last as long as what was stated before too.

In sum, if they knock on your door, turn them away. I wish I did.

Update a month later: lodged a complaint, they did respond and got the engineer sent out, who promptly said he needed a new part and left. That was 2 weeks ago, no update since. Seriously, don't bother with these.

Had Soffits and Facias done by CSJ. Company went bust and reopened under same name. Now I have no cover for any work completed

Very aggressive, hawkish door to door salesperson. I've never had to ask someone to get off my property before but within about 1 minute of opening my door to thisi man he was arguing why my windows were rubbish and needed replaced. I was quite shaken tbh. I wouldn't trust this company if they were the last joinery firm in the world as they employ very sketchy and passive-aggressive sales men.

The work was done within four weeks of original survey. The fitters worked quickly and efficiently and were polite and friendly throughout. They also cleared up after themselves leaving no mess. The glass for one small window was missing but this was fitted within one day of completion of the main job so I am pleased with the follow up and communication was good. This company may be more expensive than some but the quality of finish is excellent and I would recommend them without hesitation.

The whole project went extremely smoothly, from first contact by Conner and sales visit by David.
The follow up by Jason for measurement of the windows and the fitting team of Steven and Jock, who arrived on the day, bang on time was exceptional.
Steven And Jock worked constantly throughout the day and cleaned up after they had completed the work.
Final touch up work was completed by Jack soon after the job was completed.
All communication through their office, on fitting dates and final touch up work, was first class.
My thanks to all the team for their professionalism and high standard of work.

Only got 2 windows fitted. But they were fitted perfectly and the lads paid close attention to detail making sure the are fitted and that I was satisfied and happy with the service

During February this year CSJ installed five new upstairs windows for us. The work was done to a very high standard by a team of skilled and conscientious fitters, despite very poor weather at the time. CSJ have recently renewed our French doors and a back door with a side window, to the same high standard. We are well pleased with the results.

I had 13 windows installed first by CSJ, then I went back to have my front, back and a patio door done. All supplied and fitted in a timely, professional and considerate manner. Both jobs done by a nice guy called Steven. My advice - request for him when arranging installation dates.

High quality, fairly priced windows and well installed over the course of a single day by a Stevie and Jock. Would recommend 100%.

Great job by the team who installed our double glazing and back door. We previously had a front door fitted so we had no hesitation in using CSJ again. We would highly recommend CSJ and everyone we dealt with throughout the process.

I had a big flat alteration done with them (move the kitchen to a box room and make another bedroom). They did a great job in line with my building warrant and very clean and very respectful. The price given was the final price I have paid. Would use their services again!

Just had our front & back door replaced and we again are absolutely delighted with the service provided . We had the whole house of windows replaced by CSJ a few years back and cant fault them. Highly recommend

Lads turned up on time (team 2). Got to work right away. Fitted two bedroom windows. A slight problem arose due to the building itself not being level with the window . They did an excellent job to rectify the problem. So pleased. Will defo use this company again .

Just had a sales man come to my door and told me to 'f#@k off' because I told him we weren't interested in any doors and windows. Also tried to belittle me because of my age (21) and told me I don't know anything when I said 'we aren't'
