Great product and service
From start to finish our experience was first class. All members of staff we dealt with were very attentive, informative and helpful and helped guide us through the best options. All visits to house were prompt and efficient. Fitting day was a breeze. Team 1 arrived promptly. John and George worked efficiently and effectively and left everything very neat and tidy on departure.

We got doors and windows put in no problem at all about 8 years ago. About 5 years ago we got guttering which started to leak. After about 4 visits which we had to take time off work for , they eventually realised that they had fitted the wrong size
Then the real problems started over a year ago with my front door, it was starting to curve and wouldn’t shut probably.
It has been hell for us . Double figures we have waited in for them to sort it. Firstly they tried to fix the door several times, then eventually they replaced door but not the frame. Then they tried to get the manufacture involved and no one would take ownership of the issue.
Then they just ignored us! We eventually had to involve the ombudsman to get it fixed probably.

We have had so much time of work, but we never had a formal apology or any compensation for the stress and time of work
So I would never ever recommend them

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, we apologies for the lack of communication and on behalf of our supplier. As we offer a 10 year guarantee with our products remedial work is sometimes not avoidable. We trust the newly installed door is working fine.
