I had a bad reation from the deodorant and I canceled my renewal right after purchasing this product. They still sent an other order with out my consent. I had to cancel my credit card for them. Poor customer support

I would like the original formula as a preference, my friends all loved the original formula also. Can they make it a choice between the three scents. Scent number 2 is a swing and a miss. Either scent number 1 or scent number 3. Scent number 2 basic drug store variety stuff

Smells mid. Not worth the price. Also they sneak in a subscription thing that you don't know about untill you get a fresh bank statement a month later saying they automatically made an order for you. Tried cancelling the order before they shipped and they just replied saying "sorry, we can only give you 20% in store credit. We sending this order to you anyway" bunch of assholes

This is easily one of the most disappointing purchases I have made in a long time.

I bought three bottles of Cupid's Hypnosis after being repeatedly exposed to their advertisements on Facebook, social media, and their website. The company heavily promotes this product as a pheromone cologne that supposedly increases attraction and gets noticeable attention from women.

After spending my money on three bottles and giving the product a fair chance, I can honestly say that it delivered absolutely none of the results that were advertised.

No increased attention. No increased attraction. No special reactions. Nothing.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the fragrance itself is completely average. There is nothing unique, premium, or memorable about it that would justify the hype or the price. If this had been marketed as a standard cologne, I would simply have considered it mediocre and moved on.

The real problem is the marketing. The advertisements create expectations that the product simply does not meet. In my opinion, the company relies far more on bold claims and emotional marketing than on the actual quality or performance of the product.

I regret purchasing three bottles based on those promises and feel that my money was wasted.

If you are considering buying this product because of the attraction claims, my advice is simple: save your money. Based on my experience, this product performed no differently from an ordinary cologne that costs far less.

I would not purchase from this company again and would strongly encourage potential customers to research carefully before believing the advertising claims.

I can honestly say that buying three bottles of Cupid's Hypnosis is one of the purchases I regret most.

The reason I bought this product was simple: I believed the marketing. The advertisements repeatedly suggested that this pheromone cologne would increase attraction and generate noticeable attention from women. Those claims were the primary reason I spent my money on not one, but three bottles.

The reality was completely different.

After extensive use, I experienced absolutely none of the effects that were promoted in the advertising. No increase in attention. No increase in attraction. No reactions that would justify the extraordinary claims used to sell this product.

What I received was an ordinary cologne wrapped in extraordinary marketing.

The most disappointing part was what happened after I raised my concerns. I submitted a complaint on 14 December 2025 and explained exactly why I felt misled by the advertising. After a lengthy wait, the response I received was little more than a generic template explaining where to spray the cologne and reminding me that results vary.

That response completely ignored the core issue.

I did not spend money on three bottles because I needed instructions on how to apply fragrance. I spent money because the advertising created expectations that the product failed to meet.

Instead of addressing those concerns directly, I received what felt like a scripted customer service response designed to avoid discussing the claims that convinced me to buy in the first place.

My experience left me feeling disappointed, frustrated, and convinced that the marketing was far more impressive than the product itself.

If you are considering purchasing this product because of the attraction-related promises in the advertisements, I strongly recommend approaching those claims with extreme skepticism. Based on my experience, the gap between the marketing and the actual product was enormous.

I would not buy this product again, and I would not recommend it to anyone considering a purchase based on the advertising.

This was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent ...tracked the product from China...took ages when it arrived I did test it all and the scent is lost so quickly it was like I was wearing nothing..I was upsold to get scent Hpnosis 2 deodorant stick and soap...a LOT of money for a useless low quality product...

So its been well over month and I still never received my first order nor have they responded to refunding my money for and yet they charged me a second time and emailed them about 2 3 days ago about canceling everything and to refund me my money for second order but yet no email back..... such a joke

I did a one time purchase, a month after I received a second order I never did, they answered I was subscribed, but I never agreed to any subscription, then cancel that subscription it’s a whole maze

Scammed over a subscription that I didn't know I had. I just order the perfume online through a link from Facebook. Now they billed me for another product that I did not order or want. Trying to cancel but the order but I never received any subscription details from them.
Worst company ever.

Terrible experience trying to cancel an order with Cupids. I have explicitly written to them asking for a cancellation and a full refund, but they are flat-out reluctant to do it. Instead, they keep replying with various discount offers to try and force the sale. I am not considering any discounts. Cancel my order which I Placed from Denmark Copenhagen and process my refund immediately.

Ordered a “sample”, and was charged about $10. Took over 3 weeks to arrive, now suddenly billed for $55! Paid through Apple Pay, no security! Unauthorized payments being taken, do not send them money, product not very good either, stay away from this scam.

Tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing it and although they claim they have 24/7 customer service it took hours to hear back from someone. Once I did through the live chat, they continually tried to redirect me into a discount but would not process the return I adamantly kept asking for. Emailed the address their website says to email to cancel an order, never heard anything back. Then I stopped hearing from them completely and had to contact my bank to dispute the charges so I could get refunded and explained the entire situation to my bank. Thankfully, my bank processed the dispute and returned the money to my account which is part because the company never processed or shipped my order.

Hopefully my review, along with the many others I see here, prevent anyone from wasting their time and money with this company. They have an excellent marketing campaign but pheromone fragrances are not actually backed by science as they claim. That is the sort of thing that only exists in movies and is not real, their marketing campaign is what caught me as I’m sure it has so many others. Avoid this company because once they have your money they go completely silent when requesting a refund or cancellation of your order regarding their products, legitimate robbery.

Not worth the money & not effective. I returned my purchase after 1 day and customer service representative stated the the bottle was open and that a refund can’t be processed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

My daughter wanted help ordering cologne for her boyfriend. I placed the order. Their website tells you do not reload the page or leave the page. You may be double billed. I did not leave. I did not reload the page and yet when it comes down to it I was billed twice for the same package. They said I selected it. All I selected was the one package. You must read the fine print very carefully. This company is based on tricking you into clicking onto stuff that does not need to be clicked on $120 transaction turned into a $240 transaction due to the simple amount of fraudulent information on their website. I could show you the receipts. I can show you the complaints. I can show you the emails. Their customer support is terrible. Do not wish to help to not wish to cancel the order. They are hoping I do not send it back. I promise I will send it back when it arrives. It has been over 14 days. Still waiting on transit of this crap deal.

product is trash doesn’t even smell when you open the package so of course it doesn’t last on your body probably not even good to put on your skin. They make it almost impossible to cancel the subscription. You have to email them to request a link that takes you to a page that requested your email so they can send you another link then you have to search for it just to get sent another leak just to cancel and I guarantee you they probably didn’t cancel it all the way.

I bought the original Hypnosis. But then got hit with the knock offs. I tried all I could to make it last. Despite countless women complimenting me and whatnot it just wasn't for my wife. She didn't love it. Don't get me wrong, she thought it was ok, and I was like "are you kidding? This could get a guy laid.", this cologne will get you the attention you're looking for, but when the new scents dropped, that was all she wrote! I bought the buy 2 get 1 Hypnosis 3.0, my wife still wasn't impressed. The 3 pack came with a tester of Lust. Now that, let's just say, she liked it much better. I was going to return the Hypnosis for 3 Lust bottles, and customer service was amazing and totally going help. Instead I kept the 3 Hypnosis, Ordered 3 Ignite, 1 Charm, 1 Lust and 1 more Ignite for a total of 9 bottles of Cupids new bottles. They're all too damn good. Once we found the scent she liked, she decided she actually liked them all. But for different reasons. I personally think, she's seen enough of women coming onto me because of my scent right in front of her. And she hates being the only woman that isn't into the scents that get me attention whether she's at my side, holding my hand or not. Women just come up, talking about "excuse me sir... you're fine and you smell incredible, what are you wearing..?" Yeah, that buy 2 get 1 deal. I got them all and the Hypnosis 3.0, that's one of the best scents I've ever smelled. I had to have them all! It's that simple. Got to me in a couple of days and the new bottle is fabulous design. But the price, unreal. Worth every penny.

The cologne is good but be careful if you don't want to keep paying they make it damn near impossible to cancel a subscription then when you do they charge you again anyway

I wrote a review for this a few months ago, and giving the company the benefit of the doubt, I thought I'd write another after using it for a while, and see if I DID actually attract any females!...as they inferred, with this, so called, "Pheromone infused".. Cologne!
I can honestly say, absolutely nothing has changed!
I've been close to many women through my work in the last few months, and as I said before, NOT ONE woman has told me that I smell good!.....or even asked what was I wearing!?...and what's more.... it still doesn't smell any better either!
SO.....I SHALL BE THROWING THE VAST MAJORITY OF THE BOTTLE AWAY NOW!! ... A Total Waste of Money!

Please give me WRITTEN EVIDENCE for the PERCENTAGE of Men that have used it, and have had GOOD feedback from the women and men...because we would all love to know!
Your company only has to have a few men say that your product works, to infer in your adverts on social media that it actually does, yet in my case, and with many, many other reviews on Trustpilot, clearly shows it DOES NOT!

I ordered Cupid's pheromone infused cologne and their website signed me up for a subscription and started sending me stuff I didn't order or want. Then I moved and tried updating my new address and they continued to send stuff to my old address and I never received it not sure where it is going. And I continue to get emails from them saying my order has shipped but to my old address. Please be careful when ordering this crap!

Absolutely no customer service at all. They pretty much won't let you return for a refund. I even tried cancelling the order, it sat at their warehouse for 4 days before they sent it. Now they won't give the information they deem necessary to return for a refund.

Absolutely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. This company uses manipulative and frustrating tactics that no legitimate business should be using. Forcing customers to sit through videos just to complete a purchase is already a red flag, but it gets worse. After going through that process, I was charged far more than what I originally agreed to—sometimes double or even triple the listed price. That is completely unacceptable and feels incredibly deceptive.

There is a serious lack of transparency in their checkout process, and it gives the impression that the system is designed to confuse customers into paying more than they intended. Businesses should be upfront and honest about pricing—anything less crosses a line. Based on my experience, I genuinely believe Cupids should be investigated for false advertising and potentially scamming customers.

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. Pay extremely close attention to what you’re being charged, and honestly, you’re better off taking your business elsewhere. No product is worth dealing with this level of frustration, lack of trust, and questionable business practices.
