Bought this product thinking wow it’s a dom. just release all the add and the product is all fake. Beside the smell of the product last around 3 hrs there is nothing special. Keep your money in your pocket and don’t believe the hipe.

Ordered and paid. Been 3 weeks no tracking. Emailed Cupids and got no response. Sent evidence and no response. STEER CLEAR. Blatantly taking money and not sending items. Fake tracking Cupids company is disgraceful

Doesn't work like they claim

I bought this cologne a few weeks ago and use it after my shower before bed and do a short spray on each side of the neck and a full spray on my chest. My wife doesnt even seem to have noticed I am doing something different I dont usually ever wear cologne and she has not 1 time asked if im doing something different or that I even smell good. I haven't gotten anything from her. My kids have said I smell good when I give them hugs before bed but that is it I haven't recieved any other compliments from anyone else. I dont know if maybe I chose the wrong scent but I dont really believe in the product enough to buy another bottle right now it costs too much the smell is decent but was really hoping to get a little attention from the wife but now such luck now I feel even more undesirable.

Not Good

The customer service for this company is nonexistent. They say product will be delivered in 5to7 days. Been weeks now. I attempted to contact customer service and asked them to cancel my order multiple times. They ignored me for over a week then claimed they couldn't cancel the order cause it has just shipped. Still haven't received an order or shipping number. Horrible company and horrible customer service. I don't even want the product. Just want my money back. Big SCAM vibes.

I have requested my refund within…

I have requested my refund within thirty days as per their requirements. They have never replied. I have sent an email 3 times, with no reply. Their cologne gives me a headache, and that is the reason for the return request. There is no way to get a hold of a real person, all done by email, which are completely ignored. False advertising on the refund if you are never able to get one.

I’d give this company zero stars if I…

I’d give this company zero stars if I could. First off, their cologne likely doesn’t have the pheromones it claims to have. I’ve gone in multiple different social settings and it was no different than wearing regular cologne. Second, and this is a big one, I returned my item back last week on April 13 in excellent condition and fully intact. I’ve sent multiple emails regarding a refund status of both the cologne and the shipping costs. Their response times are horrendous and if you get a rare response, it’s only from a bot. Whatever you do, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! If for whatever reason you need a refund or help with something, they won’t give you the help you need. They’re likely scammers.

Ordered on 04/05/26, tracking updated two days later on the 7th to show they had created a shipping label. On the 17th I contacted them as the tracking had not updated in 10 days. Their response was wait another 5 days. Well I forgot about it for a few days. Remembered again on the 22 and checked the tracking, still no update. So I contacted them again through the chat. 10 hours later still no response.

Seriously considering clawing my money back through my bank. Customer service is a joke.

So many red flags!!!

The company forces you to watch mandatory videos during checkout, after you give your care details. All of the videos last multiple minutes, and if you click on a prompt throughout this process you get charged extra with no option to review your basket at the end and remove products. They are also not responding to their emails for refunds, they have an AI replying instead.

So many red flags. The actual fragrances are "okay", very cheaply made and nothing special compared to what's advertised.

I initially placed an order for one…

I initially placed an order for one bottle and entered my credit card information to complete the purchase. During checkout, I was prompted to watch a video encouraging me to upgrade to three bottles for additional savings. I agreed to the offer and proceeded with the purchase for three bottles.
However, once the payment was processed, I noticed that I had been charged for four bottles, totaling approximately $250 CAD, which I did not authorize.
I immediately contacted your support team to request a cancellation and full refund. Instead of processing my request, I received multiple responses offering partial concessions (30% store credit, then 10%, then 20%, and later a suggestion to keep one bottle). I clearly declined each of these offers and reiterated my request for a full refund.
It has now been 6 days, and I have neither received a refund nor any further response from your representative, Vienna.
This is my final request:
Please process a full refund immediately for the unauthorized charge. If I do not receive confirmation shortly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through my credit card provider.

Don't purchase through Facebook they'll jack up your bill and then end up charging you for all products. Charged my card $215 then when I got the confirmation of payment I messaged saying edit order and they wrote back saying too late order has been filed an already packaged for shipping and 5 mins hadn't even passed yet from order going through so it was nothing but a scam. Do not purchase through this company!

This company is a total scam and I’m…

This company is a total scam and I’m warning everyone to stay away from them. I ordered the 3 bottles bundle pack of cologne and received a 20 dollar bag of ryse coffee with a cupids label. I spent almost a 130 bucks and got coffee. Wtf! Their customer service is a joke, nobody gets back to you and it’s been a week and I still haven’t heard anything back from them. Buyer beware!

Unreliable company

Great fragrance and all, but the bottle (Cupid's 3.0) came half empty, the packaging was damaged, and the logo looked like it was just haphazardly sticked on there....+1 star for great smell Though.
I'm from Canada, and I immediately Emailed this company to cancel and refund my order, right after ordering it, seeing how unprofessional their website is, and they responded 12 days later, to my dismay. The product was already in Canada on its way to my doorstep. So I could not get a refund, since they do not refund international shipping. Strategically terrible customer service, with Zero concern for customer satisfaction. Please boycott this company.

Allergies

I could understand where this may work.If you're on a one on one date like at your house or a car. But if you're outside or in a bar or a restaurant where there's a multitude of smells, forget, it. Also, you need to make sure that you are not allergic to.Any of the ingredients cause it does cause a multitude of reactions from skin to extreme aggression.

No Customer service, smells like a woman's parfum strong scent of sweet vanilla

Company claims customer service who cares. They had no customer service. Only way to reach out is by email. I got the same exact email twice just with a different woman's name on it. I made the order 03/23/26, pretty sure I was scammed, especially after emailing the company and not getting an actual response. I just recieved them today 4/11/26, 20 days later. The site says they ship in 1-2 days and the delivery for standard is 3-5days. They shipped from Arizona I live in Louisiana.

I reached out to them to cancel my order a day after I ordered cause some personal stuff happened where I financially needed all the money I got and some so I was like this wasn't important let me cancel I know it'll take some days to get refunded but alright ill manage. So I reach out via email it clearly is a pre-done email literally has a banner around the font. Saying its already been picked and ready to ship so days go by still nothing. I go onto their website and you can literally put in your info for your order and see the process it hadn't even been picked yet and this is now 7 business days after my initial purchase 9 days since my email to cancel and refund.
So I screen shot all of it, the process, their website where it says 1-2 days shipment, and the 3-5 day delivery. And emailed them again. 2 days later I get the same exact email saying your orders been pulled we cant deliver the same exact email as the 1st one but with a different females name. I just gave up accepted I probably been scammed. Luckily they did come in but I dont even wanna bother returning at this point with how terrible the service is.

I ended up opening it, the smell is strong and smells like straight up sweet vanilla, smells good but smells like a woman's perfume. Yet I see these reviews saying the opposite so pretty sure they pay people or fake their own reviews.

Never again ordering from this company.

I have been charged without even making a purchase, I put in my card info to see how much tax was going to be and how much I'd be actually getting charged, then I backed out because I didn't want the product, and they charged me three times for $127.17, it overdrafted my account, I don't want the product, and I want a refund, I'd like to speak with a representative ASAP
