Do Better

Cheap alcohol based product. Overpriced. You probably would get the same value from a less costly knockoff from Amazon, eBay or Temu. The scent doesn't last that long.
The website possibly has fake reviews. Even though they have a 30 day "guarantee", the return policy is a bit garbage. "Customer Service" replies are primarily AI generated. That shows that the company has little respect for their customers.

You can find a better product from a more reputable and respectful company.

There's a good reason the reviews here…

There's a good reason the reviews here are either good or bad. I've made an order and they confirmed it immediately. Only after about a week or so afterwards I tried contacting them because I didn't receive a tracking number just to find out they cancelled the order due to "logistics issues". They DID refund me immediately. I would have preferred to get the product..
Also, why so many promo emails??

All the hype about attracting women who’s can barely control themselves. It’s a bunch of hype.

Don't be fooled by the advertisement for this product , yes it smells nice but it doesn't last long . There are better products on the market .

Doesnt work - false advertising

Product ordered and arrived on time. 2 + 1
Absolutely worthless, doesnt work as advertised. Even my own wife behaved normal- been using this for about 2 weeks now. Three bottles, a big waste of my > $100 bucks.
Save ur hard earned $$$, this product is a waste of money

What a gigantic waste of time

Edit- Cupid, piss off. Only after this scathing review, and me already having to put a payment hold on my credit card do these guys come to life. Not interested, found alternatives, who acted on and shipped their materials in 24 hours. You may want to step your customer service game up, because so far, it fairly much sucks.

Ordered a single bottle of Hypnosis I believe it's called, then they upsell you, which I accepted. That's fine, but then they never fulfilled the order, provided tracking, picked it, shipped it, or responded to any inquiries via email. Also, no phone # for them is valid, anywhere on the internet.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Suuuuper long bate videos. They literally will not let you check out without watching these super long ridiculous videos. I spent $260.00 well over a week ago. I live in Arizona. I haven’t heard a word. They won’t answer any of my emails, nothing. Literally radio silence. Never ever ever again. I couldn’t even tell you if their product is good or not because I can’t seem to get it, or even figure out where it is to save my life. Oh and best believe they gave you an option to pay extra for “priority shipping”. Obviously that does nothing. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT BUY!!!

Odered May 29th no package June 27th…

I ordered several bottles and the roll on a month ago.... I Still haven't received my very expensive order and I live in the United States not some other country!! They keep telling me to give it a few more days in their email replies, but I've been waiting for soon to be over a month now. Very displeased with how long it's taking. I could have taken that same amount and went to the mall and had my smell good that same day. But no I have to wait for these guys to get their stuff together and ship my very expensive order!! I don't ever spend that much on colognes $50 could get me a bottle on the same day and I'd be happily smelling good. I'm almost tempted to just request my money back.

They refused to honor their own special. The buy two get one free. They have actively ignored me and refused to honor their own special and also refused to refund my order. This is a huge scam. Do not purchase ever.

Not everything is as advertised.

I love the smell. This is a very nice-smelling cologne. The only drawback I've encountered is that it doesn't attract women. At all. I've been wearing it for six months straight, and not one single woman has even mentioned that I smell nice, much less thrown herself at me.

Good smell

Good smell, but nothing like all the hype! Save your money on this. I have had the same smell from a different product but I can't remember the name. Definitely not worth the price!

I ordered my product

I ordered my product, money was taken out of my account same day, got a conformation email saying I what day it was expected. 2 days after the expected date, received no product, and sent multiple emails over almost 3 weeks asking for an update and got nothing. I ordered a bundle on May 25th #639255 and still have not received anything. I have tried to submit complaints and cancel requests, but I received an email saying everything was back in stock after not knowing anything was out of stock. I am visiting AZ soon, and according to their site, that is the headquarters., I might go by and see what they have to say.

Order still hasn’t arrived, paid for priority shipping so that is a scam , Their “Support “is A.I. which means automated responses generated from key words in your request for information, in other words NOBODY IS LISTENING, or reading that there is a problem with the order. THAT MEANS THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS A SCAM. I have reported them to the USPS and they are being investigated for fraud . The USPS states that they are aware of the fraudulent activity. Poor/lack of customer service

It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order. It still has not been fulfilled. It took about a week to get a messages about one of the colonges being out of stock. Then I get an email saying it was back in stock and my order would be shipped out. My order was never shipped and I get told that one of the scents is still out of stock. I got offered a replacement a few days ago and have not received any responses about my choice so at this point I want a refund. I have sent 2 emails asking for a refund and have gotten no replies from anyone at this company. I also got told my emails were getting sent to the spam folder which is extremely poor customer service if that is how complaints get handled. Overall I'm unsatisfied and unhappy with the extreme lack of customer service. I feel like I've been scammed out of my money. This company is a waiting to be reported to the buissness bureaus if I don't get any response or my refund ASAP

"Bate & Switch"

This product is a basic "bate & switch". The first bottle is basic "Ode toilette". Nothing fancy, does not last long, just weak in all phases. Here’s the switch…sort of…the company wants you to buy more, because one bottle doesn’t do anything, they say you need to use for months at a time. Here’s another “gotcha”. You need to buy this other bottle of “so-called” pheromones oil for anything to work. Oh yes, you need to use this for months at a time. Really you are just literally buying more and more from them…making them wealthy…and NO real positive results.
Not worth it!

I Ordered the other fragrances they…

I Ordered the other fragrances they offer (lust, charm. Ignite and their 10x additive formula) one order in November 2024 (order #487747) never got fulfilled (they did offer a replacement but why would I want a fragrance that isn't what I wanted). Recently (1st of June 2025 order #644375) an offer came up to purchase the same products again, I thought I would take a chance, I got an email from them saying my order was out of stock. I was offered a replacement again, I emailed them several times to get a refund, No reply (I replied to emails they sent me and sent new emails but no reply). Hopefully cupids will see this review and contact me.

I'm really disappointed! The Cupids fragrance is amazing I've got really positive comments. I thought the other fragrances would be a step up from hypnosis 2.0. I would love Cupids to contact me and send me my order, that is what I want.
