This company defies logic !
They are offering 20% off purchases. When you place an order it shows free delivery. However, when you input the 20% discount code, it adds a large delivery charge on to the order and that makes the whole charge more expensive than not using the discount code.
Add all the reviews about disgraceful customer service and it appears that this company is to be avoided.

order arrived as described, though it took a few weeks

I’ve made an order and not received it. No response from customer services. They said it was shipped weeks ago and provide no tracking number. I thought it was a legitimate company. Do not use.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They have no customer service and lie to you all the time. Cannot be trusted. Made an order online on 20th Feb. Did not receive the product so sent a email via customer support. No acknowledgment or response next 48 hours. Called the Huntington number- they couldnt find my order even though I hade a confirmation email and order number. Finally got some lame excuse that their whole team had changed and they have a back log. Asked to speak to manager- was told she wasnt in but will contact me on her return next Monday. No call till next Thursday- called back again and told the manager was busy and will call later that day - 3 days latter no call. I will never use their product again- lots of alternatives.

Please don't buy from them! They take your money and don't communicate at all. This is crazy. I hope you lose the business soon.

Made an order on 1st January. Got an email confirmation of my order but no delivery. Chased with a couple of e-mails, and finally requested they refund me. Complete silence. Very bad customer service. Better to buy on Amazon.

Made an order on 17Th November. Got an email confirmation of my order and that about it no dispatch notification nothing. Been trying to contact Curaprox via online contact form and email no response. I understand the busy times but dispatch time is 1-3 days on you website and today is 25Th and nothing not sure who i paid and what should i expect. Very bad customer service whatsoever regret going to official site better off to buy on Amazon or Ebay platforms.
The outcome is negative.

I know Curaprox brand already. REcommended by my dentist and it is great. I placed an online order. Not only received complimentary present with order but delivery was free. Great customer experience. thank you.

I am using their toothbrush for ages and really like it. However, I found their customer service horrible. I ordered a trio pack from curaprox.co.uk, they had a promotion and the pack should arrive with a free toothbrush. I received the trio pack without the bonus product. I have contacted their customer service (through the website) twice and asked them to send the missing product. They didn't answer my emails and didn't send the toothbrush. I feel very disappointed how unresponsive they are and advertising a promotion that they did not fulfil.
