Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They do not reply to emails about orders for months and never update you about your order. I'm still waiting for a reply on when they expect to receive ss3 goku sh figuart. They take your money straight away and leave you not knowing where your products are.

Avoid, poor customer service!

Avoid, poor customer service! Took 12 days to get a return address when requesting a return and is now not responding to any messages, looks like I will need to raise a paypal dispute to get my money back.

I’ve used Curibo for few times now and…

I’ve used Curibo for few times now and my experiences has been top notch thus far! Their items are competitively priced with speedy service and brilliant packaging. Curibo has become one of my go to for Japan import goods. Keep up the good work :)

Few order issues but they got solved.

Ordered two figures as preorders and was sent the wrong persons invoice. Contacted the company with this issue and got a reply fairly quickly. After a bit of back and forth we got the issue solved, used the money paid into wrong invoice for my preorders and got a free shipping coupon. Will consider using again in the future.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but I feel I have to because of the non existent Customer Service. I paid for a pre ordered item in October 2021. I have emailed and filled out the contact form many times since 18th December 2021 and still have not received a reply. I have not even had an acknowledgment of my emails/messages. The only time I have received a response was when I contacted them just before buying the pre order to check the estimated delivery date (nov/dec21). So it seems they are quick to respond when taking your money but not interested once you have paid. Very disappointed. As soon as I wrote this review they suddenly informed me that they cancelled my order and closed my account. Now they are trying to make out I am not a real customer so they can remove this review, but luckily I have my order confirmation as proof. Now I will warn everyone I know never to use this untrustworthy company.

Hi There,

Unfortunately, most imported goods have been delayed for the UK, due to shipping delays and Covid. Expect ETA's on all products on the site to be extended by a month or two. We've mentioned this on our newsletter , information page, and social media as well.

No communication whatsoever!

I ordered figures with Curibo, and they never update you until you ask.

The worst part is that they seldom reply to you, and most likely, they don't have your items

Very poor service

Very poor service, I pre ordered in April and still only have part of my order which will be in "December" haven't been given any information unless I chase them and even then very slow to reply. Very disappointed

NOW BEING TOLD MY ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED? I NEVER ASKED FOR THAT, SO THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS? VERY POOR

We emailed and replied multiple times, but you don't check junk so mail, so we contacted you through another email and phone call to receive a reply about your incomplete address.

As mentioned previously, the Sam Bridges Figma has not been released anywhere yet due to the pandemic delaying the production from Goodsmile. It won't be released anywhere yet until January 2022.

We'll cancel the remaining item of this order.

Would never order from here…

Pre ordered a few items and zero communication. Almost a year goes by and the item is already available here in the states. I email them no response. I had to contact my bank for a refund… never again…

You would like to think this is fake but order #6631 is very real check your records to verify. You don’t communicate with anyone after you get paid. You are the worst business. So no this is not a fake review. I’m glad I’m not the only one who got screwed by you in the U.S.

And my bank already refunded me so i’m just warning others not to order.

So not responding to anyone in a timely manner, not updating them at all after a half a year window with them being readily available in the U.S.A is how you do business? And somehow they just happened to arrive the day you get negative feedback? Yeah whatever… there are better places to do business with have a good day!

Hello,

I've checked our records and you cancelled your order before we responded to your email.

As mentioned on the store, the UK/Europe does not receive items as the same time as the US. If you look at other stores overseas, they have not receive stock yet either.

Please keep this in mind in future if you decide to purchase from another store that's not in the US.

Took my money and no items!!

I placed an order on April 2021 for 5 SH Figuarts Super Saiyan 3 Goku to be shipped to the US. It has an ETA of October delivery. It is now December and I still didn't get any update on this order. Does not respond to emails as per how other buyer's mention. If you can't ship the item at least please fully refund me!! Come on!!
