Curtains on the Net Avis 

Everything arrived in a reasonable time frame and was in excellent condition. I wonder if there was a way the suggested or recommended fixings could be included in the descriptions. I did have the old ones but they were just too long to use on the new curtains so have to wait longer to install the curtains properly and have the added cost of all those hooks for 3 large windows to replace. No-one's fault, just would be great to know beforehand.

Didn’t have in stock the curtains I ordered and then was informed they were no longer made. They should be removed from the website so you don’t have to go through all the rigmarole to get your money back !

The curtains arrived promptly and are of a wonderful quality. I am really happy with the item as it is true to its description and well made. It was quick to arrive, however despite all of the packing slips being correct, the courier had printed a completely different surname for the parcel. Fortunately it still found me. Would definitely order again.

Great shopping experience. They have the option to get free samples of fabrics sent to you. Ordering my curtains was an easy process. All the details needed for measurements, etc are listed on their site. Great prices! Curtains arrived within a few days. Based on my experience I would recommend to others : )

Love the curtains and the colour but they were packed so tightly that they were awfully creased and even though I ironed them the creases didn't all come out. I guess I will have to wash them and see if that makes a difference but I didn't expect to have to do that with new curtains. Not really hanging as I would like at the moment. i would recommened to anyone want a lace curtain it easy to install it tells you where to cut and most of all don't need to sew side hems it doesn't need it honesty you can't tell once it hang up and very quick delivery too. I RATED 5 STARS

To date I have only received the curtain rails and not the curtains themselves which are somewhere in transit - apparently door to door delivery does not mean that if you are rural. I was very disappointed to find that my original order was not available even though advertised on the web site. This company really needs to keep its web site up to date and get a decent freight company that delivers outside major centres if it is to have any credibility as an on line service

I have been ordering my curtains off these guys for the last 7 years. Cannot fault them, always get exactly what you need. And, when I've had to replace some i can still get the same material, same style i previously ordered ... love it.
