Wonderful company. I rang to seek some advice on the curtains I wanted and the two people I spoke to where most helpful and courteous.
The curtains are perfect and arrived very quickly. Delivery was very reasonable.

A Good Experience
The ordering system was easy and my delivery happened within a few days and this was faster than predicted.
There were email notifications of progress throughout the ordering and delivery process.
Instructions that I left for delivery were followed.
Curtains arrived individually wrapped, clean and undamaged in transit.

the curtain rods arrived exactly 3 days after my order. they were perfectly cut to size and what they were supposed to be.it was a great help to be able to speak to someone to clarify a particular point. have already passed on the good word to friends and would use this site again if needed.

The final product was better than…
The final product was better than expected. The quality of fabric was definitely better than many off the shelf ready made curtains available from stores. The box pleat was well done and the fabric joins hidden in the folds. The curtains do need weight on the bottom to improve the final hang - this is the only area for improvement. A good product and would order again.
