I would rate this company a zero if I could. I ordered a bra but what I received was not what I ordered. They wanted me to pay the shipping to send it back to them. I have emailed them several times letting them know how unfair I believe this is considering this was their error!!! They sent me the wrong product why should I pay to send it back??!! Needless to say I have emailed them just about every day for two weeks and have only received two very unsatisfactory responses!!! Do no buy from this company!

Don’t waste your money. This company is a scam. Ordered in Dec. got nothing. They only responded once to my email sending me the same fake tracking info I already had. Made several complaints on Shop app and now with the card I paid with to hopefully get my money back.

My order was 2 M size bras but received 2 XL bras. I email and left message for them right away to request for exchange. But no one reply !!! It's been 3 weeks. So disappointed.

Worse products and customer service I’ve ever received. Took over 4 weeks for delivery not the same product or been sent the incorrect ones. Horrible product tried to contact customer service either no response for weeks or response that makes no sense.

The bra.... if they actually send you the right size, and you wait 3 months for delivery is actually really comfy. I ordered two more. Bith again in two totally differnt sizes than I ordered. Shocking service, shame as when you get one that is in the size you actually ordered thay are amazing

Still waiting for my order i placed 29/01, they have advised the order has been sent to Royal Mail but still no tracking details.
I have emailed their customer service 3 times now and no response.
I really do feel that I will never receive my order.
Hopefully this review will stop people from ordering from this hideous shop.
Truly disgusting.

Before heading to Bali, I bought a plus-size one-piece swimsuit. It really impressed me—super comfortable and flattering. Even at 80 kg, it doesn't make me look bulky at all. I absolutely love it.

The shapewear fits me really well. It's a bit tight, but I love it, exactly what I expected. I also ordered two bras and hope they fit just as well as the shapewear.

Super comfortable and fits perfectly. I can wear it all day without any discomfort. Definitely one of my favorites.

Great quality and The fit is exactly what I expected, and even though shipping took a bit longer, the product itself is totally worth it.

I’d give zero if I could!! This is a rip off scammer fake company!! They say they’re based in the USA but they are not they are in China! Support will not respond to emails and gives no other way to contact them. There’s no tracking!! No refund for taking your money even if you don’t receive your package! They are truly fake do not buy here or you’re just giving your money to the Chinese with nothing in return!!

Ordered 2 pair of the support Leggings.
They took weeks to arrive. Then when they did. 1 pair had loose threads all over. They were no way indeed the same quality & product that was advertised. No support & very thin.
Contacted them & I received a reply saying I could post back to an address in China! Or keep them and receive £8!!
I mailed them 4 times to advise im not sending back as I will be severely out of pocket & to say I want more than £8.
However no replies still.

I ordered 2 bras in a size 44DD. What I received had a tag on it stating it was size 90C. They were incredibly tiny compared to what I need. When I contacted cust service, they initially offered me $15 for my trouble, but no product exchange. When I argued back that they had sent me the wrong size and I couldn't wear them, they offered $25 - but I paid over $50! Any further attempts at communicating with them have ended in silence.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. Ordered 3 bras size large paid $70. Waited a month to get them. Then I got one large which was way too small. And the other 2 said 2XL and they looked small. The 2XL weren’t even the right bra I wanted. It wasn’t like the large. Scam do not order from them. If you want these then order them from Amazon.

The bra I received ran a bit small, but the customer service was very professional. After about two days of communication, they helped me exchange it for a new one and also gave me an $8 coupon. I really appreciate their help.

I wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing. Advertisements on social media are a complete scam, products are cheap and offer absolutely no support whatsoever and yet are still very uncomfortable. What’s worse is I have emailed curvera customer support 3 times and messaged them 3 times to return the bra’s and they arn’t responding to any communication. I should’ve checked the website aswell before ordering as the return address is in Korea and it does not state free returns so I would assume it is going to cost me more in shipping fees than what I even spent on the worlds worst bra’s

Ordered over 7 weeks ago and haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed customer services 3 times requesting a refund …. Heard Nothing!

Do not buy from this company

Terrible customer service. They take your money and then you will never hear from them again. The tracking links don't work. The bras aren't anything like the ads. Save your money!

I paid $150 for my order and did not receive what I purchased. Multiple items arrived in different styles/sizes than what I selected at checkout. I contacted customer service immediately and provided photos as proof.

Instead of fixing the issue or issuing a full refund, they kept trying to offer partial “compensation” ($30, then $50) and would not refund the full amount even though the order was not fulfilled as purchased. It felt like they were trying to wear me down into accepting less money and keeping items I didn’t order.

Very disappointing and stressful experience. If you’re thinking about ordering, be aware you may not get what you pay for and may have to fight to get your money back. I do not recommend.
