Absolutely horrible product and even worse customer service. I too would rate it a ZERO if I could!
Since receiving my order 2 weeks ago, I have emailed Curvevera 3 times...NOT one response. These bras are cheaply made, totally unflattering, and DEFINITELY NOT what was advertised!!!

They sent size 3xl instead of xl. Arrived in a plastic zip lock bag.The quality is extremely poor, could get the same from shein for a fraction of the price. This was the shocking reply:

Dear customer, we apologize for the misunderstanding. We have asked the relevant staff and they reported that the size of the style you purchased was generally small due to the initial model problem, so they chose a larger size when sending it. Why don't you try the size you received on to see if it fits you well? If the size is too big or too small, you can contact us to exchange it for you.

Do NOT order from Curve Vera!!! I have waited over a month for my $400 order!!! No communication! I really wish that I would’ve read the reviews before placing an order!!!

I hope that my refund process does not give me problems!!!

It didn't take too long to arrive, but the size ...
I ordered antileaks underwear size 2 XL and I received size XS. I feel like not even one of my buttocks can fit in it. It is sooo small. Looks like a size to fit a 5 yars old kid.
I am now trying to reach the company for a refund or exchange.
I guess that I forgot to check on reviews before purchasing.

Horrific ordered my bra a month ago, have yet to receive it, sent numerous emails they go to a fake website, been scammed .... well after I wrote review, my brain showed up few days later, its actually exactly what I ordered, and pretty comfortable, so it did take a month to receive and absolutely horrible customer service, just keep that in mind if you order from the website

What a scam, if I could rate a zero I would, then when you ask to be refunded, they lowball you.
I would never recommend this site.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Scammers. not only did the product come way way way too late with no communication no idea what was going on with it, but it was cheap Crap! Nothing like the commercials nothing like what they said, no support cheap fabric cheaply made ugly. This bra was worth probably $10-$15! I tried to return it and had zero help zero responses except one time somebody asked if I got the shipment? Which was just a time waster! They knew damn well I received the product! I sent endless emails asking to return the item with no response so I’m stuck with an overpriced cheap crap product that I can’t Use. Basically I got hustled lol. Buyer beware!

They sent me a tracking screenshot showing the package was already in my city and even gave me a coupon. It arrived on day 15, and everything turned out great, the fit is right, it's comfortable to wear, and overall I'm happy with it.

If i could give this 0 stars i would. Scam company. I would use the word company very loosely.
I ordered 2 bras on 5/1/26, still not received 3 weeks later. Emailed customer services to not receive a response when I look up the tracking number on the actual website, it shows that the "company" WiFi is disconnected and my parcel is no where to be found. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are quick to take the money from your bank, but not deliver the items. Absolute BS. MASSIVE SCAM!!!

My shapewear arrived, and it's a bit tight, but the slimming effect is amazing! My figure looks completely different, and I’m honestly surprised at how good my body can look. I'm really happy with it.

Scam. Bought 4 bras. 3 weeks later I get a tracking number. There is nothing associated with that tracking number. They do not respond to messages.

This company is scam. They send your tiny, unwearable bras and when you contact customer service they won’t reply to your many emails.
Once they finally do, after you contact PayPal, they will tell you that you have to ship the item back to Korea, not the US warehouse you received package from. ( all other reviews say China, but I was sent and address in Korea for return.) This will of course cost as much as you paid for the items, and no guarantee you will get a refund.
This is a scam company and I wish I had read all the other reviews before spending money. Stay away.

The bra I ordered arrived with slightly damaged packaging during shipping, but the product itself is perfect. I just washed it, and it feels great. I'm still waiting for the 20% off coupon that customer service promised me.

I didn't check the reviews before ordering, so I was a bit nervous waiting for my order. Luckily, there were no sizing issues! This bra fits me perfectly, feels really comfortable, and has no pinching at all, just perfect for me.

I ordered weeks ago and have emailed the email address provided to no response! I emailed doe to tracking message not updating.
I spent £50 on bras which have not arrived!
I will be contacting my bank to tell them this company is a scam!
Avoid at all costs!

These bras are nothing like pictured. Like what I've now seen in other reviews, I recieved all different sizes from what I actually ordered and the designs of them were totally different from the photos and from each other as the actual product. I had one that had thin straps, one with thick straps, one that had a big 4 clasp back, one that had a 2 and so on. The coloration and designs were different from the photos and the fit was completely different because of the different designs but also because they sent me mixed sizes I didn't order. They also just dont do what the ad sells you, my breasts were falling out of the sides and the v shape wasn't as advertised with a high line on some but not others. Total scam

I ordered size small and received size L and L+. Also, one that came is white but I ordered the color "skin." Emailed customer service twice and got no response back. Complete waste of money.

One of the bra strap clips broke, so I contacted customer service. They quickly sent me a free replacement, which I really appreciate. The fabric is super soft, and the customer service was great. I’m very satisfied.
