Cushion Supplier Avis

Extremely happy first and most importantly with the product. It was exactly what I had hoped to get as a replacement for the original cushions that had come with the sofa, but were now well past their sell-by date.
The five start review is also a testament to the level of customer service though. They take their time to ensure your order is exactly what you require prior to committing to anything, and then clearly communicate timings for when everything will be completed and delivered.
I would definitely use again or recommend to others.

Delighted with product and very helpful and knowledgeable service. My sofa is now transformed with really pleasing results.
I researched the company on line. I would use them again and would recommend.

Excellent service and high quality product.

I would not hesitate to use this company. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and their product is top quality. I am really pleased with my sofa seat cushions - they have revamped my old but decent sofa

I received excellent service from Cushion Supplier, right from enquiry to delivery. Lee was very efficient, and the product is superb. The new cushion inserts have completely rejuvenated my sofas. I highly recommend this company.

First class service, courteous, timely and lovely quality, they have brought my saggy old Duresta sofa back to life.

Lee and John replaced the the internals of our sofa cushions recently. We were able to go into the shop, try different densities of foam and settled for a firm but balanced feel for the woeful Laura Ashley internals we have had since new which weren't up to the job at all. All done within a week and the results are superb (I've got a happy wife again).

Sofa base cushions in Qualofil supplied at the right price, precisely as ordered and with delivery exactly as promised - couldn't ask for better service. Would certainly buy from Lee again.

Lovely people to deal with and I couldn’t be happier with my feather wrapped foam cushions! My nine year old sofas have been given a new lease of life!

What a great company, fast, efficient, helpful, brilliant service. Nothing was too much trouble, even working around my holiday dates. Lee was extremely helpful. I’d recommend this company any day. Thank you for restoring my faith in costumer service!

Very high quality cushion pads at the best price.
Lee and team did a great job and what was extra helpful to a newbie cushion maker like me, is that Lee took the order by phone so that he could check the exact requirements. I learned some things about cushion making on our brief call.

Great service, communication, advice and the cushions are perfect.
Very impressed.

Professional and attentive service that's very hard to find these days. Helpful advice at time of ordering, then high quality cushions arrived to my exact specifications and within the timescale promised. Very comfortable, they have transformed my sofa. Highly recommended supplier.

Excellent customer service and a brilliant outcome! My uncomfortable sofa is now very comfortable. Worth every penny!

Had a sofa with awful flat cushions so got in touch with this company . Communication was brilliant! Lee was so helpful helping us choose the type of filling working out cost and made the process easy! Great price too. Our sofa is transformed! I recommend this company 100 percent!!

Absolutely delighted with the product and customer service. I had a telephone conversation for reassurance that I was ordering the correct sizes. I would highly recommended this company.

We have had replacement cushions made for our Parker Knoll sofa, we are thrilled to bits with the result. It’s like we have our original sofa back!!

Lee and his team offer such quality service from start to finish and their communications are excellent, keeping you informed of progress. Good old fashioned customer relations and manners. We will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone looking for new cushions. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely delighted with the service, and more so with our cushions!! Your company has done a wonderful job for us. Would highly recommend Cushion Suppliers.

Fabulous service. The website was easy to use and having selected our chosen filling for our sofa seat cushions, I called and spoke to Lee, who confirmed after a brief conversation of what I was looking for, confirmed my choice was correct. My sofa covers were sent off and were returned very quickly filled with new cushions. We are thrilled and made our sofa feel like new, saving us £1000's in a new sofa. Thank you so much.

The service was excellent at all stages of the order and the results were just what we were hoping for. The price was very reasonable too.
