We are really pleased with our room, it totally matches our vision and we are so looking forward to using it.
The guys who came and did the work did a fab job, were very friendly but professional at the same time.
The work started and finished as scheduled.
Anna in the office was always just a phone call away and ready to answer every question we had.

I was really impressed with the team at Customer Garden Rooms North East. The standard of their work was top quality and nothing was too much trouble. The lads who worked on our project were all very hard working and professional and so was Anna who was very proactive and helpful.

Over the moon with our garden room just completed Monday , from day 1 the process has been plain sailing from office staff to installation team every one of them a credit to the company. Could not be any happier highly recommend!

We are over the moon with our garden room! From the start Phil, Anna and the team worked closely with us to get the right specification we needed. They responded quickly to queries and were always on hand if we had any questions. The build started on time and the lads on site were great, really professional and tidy. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them.

Quick visit to the show room and shown around by Phil I knew I was already sold on the room and opted for 5m x 3m

First of all a massive thanks to the lads, they turned up everyday regardless of weather (and we had alot of rain!) Very professional and we barely even knew they were there were most days

Secondly Anna is amazing, she has been there anytime I had a question or when asking for advice on the room and garden and would always accommodate where possible

Room was finished in just over 2 weeks which was great considering the weather at start of May

We opted for ethernet to be ran from the home along side the electrics and its perfect, highly recommend this and the dimmer switch for inside. Great addons!

Anyone looking to get a room and home not owned currently the council still approve the 5m x 3m room with no planning permission as it falls within permitted building however you do need to request access as a formality which was done in around 6 weeks

Not a single regret with the purchase, now looking to convince the wife to let me ask Phil and Anna to come do some work in the garden with their new paving work!

An absolutely superb job. Very professional from start to finish. Completed ahead of schedule and to a very high standard. Stress free and great communication with a clear plan which allowed us to sort work schedules around the build. Would completely recommend to all.

Could not fault the team from starting the design to the build finish. The garden room is exactly what we had wanted and the team turned up for the build and finished when they had indicated they would. Very happy with the result and would not hesitate to use them again.

If you are going to leave a 5 Star review you should justify it. From the beginning my experience was outstanding. The team couldn’t do enough to help me design the garden room I wanted. They also did additional work laying the ground work for a small greenhouse. I was nervous due to ground source heating pipe work but the additional care of the groundwork resulted in no issues (personally done by the owner Phil and his son). The actual build was done at the end of January often in inclement weather - care of the lawn and keeping my drive clear of mud was commendable. The build was a success and decorating was easy. I’d really like to call out Anna in the office who was highly efficient and couldn’t have done more to grip a couple of small snagging issues. Therefore, 5 stars is unreservedly recommended. Well done.

Can't thank the lads enough for all the work they put into it. Right from the first day, they were here early everyday working on it and they were all great to talk to. Nothing was an issue for them.

Anna has been amazing organising everything over email. She made the process so easy and stress free for me.

We also met Phil at the showroom who showed us through everything and that really helped us pick exactly what we wanted.

This company was a pleasure to work with! Anna in the office was incredibly helpful with our garden office design, and the team were brilliant from survey to build completion. The finish is really excellent - a proper building, not a glorified shed! - and by working with the team to tweak the sizing we were able to have a structure that fitted into the space exactly as required. We're delighted with our new garden office and look forward to using it for years to come. We couldn’t be happier with our new 4m x 3m garden office shed from Custom Garden Rooms North East. From the very beginning, the whole process of choosing the right shed was unbelievably easy. We visited the showroom, which was a huge help — being able to see the different styles, materials, and layouts in person made the decision so much simpler.

Anna’s and Phil’s communication throughout was fantastic — clear, friendly, and always quick to respond. They made everything simple and stress free, guiding us through all the options so we could choose the perfect design and finish.

The build quality is fantastic — solid materials, excellent insulation, and real attention to detail throughout. The workmanship is exceptional. The finish has been completed with real skill and pride. The stunning walnut cladding is a real standout feature. The installation team were brilliant. Neil, Brian, and the rest of the lads worked incredibly hard from the moment they arrived — efficient, focused, and clearly very skilled. They kept everything tidy, and kept our boxer dog entertained as well which was a nice touch. If you’re considering a garden office or creative space, I can’t recommend Custom Garden Rooms North East highly enough.

This was one of the easiest transactions from beginning to end. Anna responded to our initial enquiry within hours and within 48 hours we were having the site measured up. Phill recommended a planning guy to help with the application and that worked so smoothly too. The build process started on time and they were flexible with dates, should planning be delayed. Took just over two weeks to build, the guys on site worked amazingly hard and with great professionalism and pride in their craftmanship. We were expecting things to go wrong (as you do these days) but it didn't. When there were little things cropping up, both Anna and the guys on site sorted them without question. You will be genuinely impressed with the service, build process and communication. Thanks so much!

I did a lot of research for my Garden House build and after reading the many excellent reviews centred on Custom Garden Rooms for the job. Right from the first day, the guys were fantastic. From Phill and Anna to Neil and team doing the build. Nothing was too much bother and their work ethic was impressive. Any issues were dealt with quickly. Always polite and available, the whole team did a fantastic job. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The work was carried out by a first class team of tradespeople, well coordinated, efficient, polite and tidy all within the pre-arranged timeframe. We didn’t think, having decided on the project, we’d have everything completed so successfully and in so short a time. Thank you to all.

We had our 3x8 home office completed in October this year which we are extremely pleased with. From our first contact with Anna and our subsequent meeting with Phil to look at options, we were really impressed with the company. Anna was fantastic throughout the process answering any queries we had and keeping us up to date on timelines etc. She was extremely efficient. The build took 10 days, as advised, and the whole team of lads were professional and efficient. The quality of materials and workmanship is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had a 4 x 3metre garden room installed and before the lads turned up ee eere a little worried about any mess that may be made but no mess at all.
From start to finish the process went like clockwork, concrete base, frame, cladding, flooring,plastering and all finishing touches the lads were very polite and informative.

From initial contact to completion I can't fault this company. Came across a slight issue when the build started (nothing to do with the company) and they were quick to provide a solution. The build was completed quickly (worked in all weather!) and they kept in touch along the way. Left no mess and we're really happy with the finished product. Would highly recommend.
