Amazing company to work with
Amazing company to work with. Edd and the team on after sales were amazing. Very quick to respond and offer the needed assistance.
Not many companies these days that have this level of support.
I can also add that the parts came quickly and the email to confirm they were on their way came with how to videos. These were absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. Even though I am an engineer the tips in these video’s can save you a lot of time. Well done again on all fronts. Updated 4-8-2026

Friendly and effective customer service.
Amber was incredibly quick to address our initial query and has continued to respond promptly to my following emails with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Edd from the tech team took a lot of trouble explaining the workings of a hot water kettle, and together they resolved the problem to my great satisfaction.

Great after sales service
Great after sales service.
Needed longer pipes from my fitted Clearwater tap to my boiler unit and the team were quick to respond and marked up a photo of exactly what I needed and where. We have had our tap for 5 years and love it - doesn’t spit or hiss like some that my friends have

I had to contact Sterling.eu.com about…
I had to contact Sterling.eu.com about an issue that occurred with a lovely Sheraton tap I had in my kitchen. The tap was still under guarantee. I sent images of the issue and without hesitation I was told the tap would be replaced and sent by post to Dublin. I think such service is rare these days so well done. I’m very impressed.

Hot water boiler issue
I emailed with a question as my Clearwater boiler was not registering the new filter , they replied within an hour giving me directions on how to fix. So nice and unusual to get good service these days. Very impressed.

Excellent Sink/Tap Supplier
I work as the kitchen designer at MBS Interiors in Stoke-On-Trent.
Tim from Clearwater came to our showroom last year to introduce us to the brand and the products. Following on from this, the vast majority of sinks and taps for our customers are now supplied from them.
The main reason that I started using the products was the vast range that they have to offer. I previously had to search through multiple suppliers to find a specific product, but every time I looked through the Clearwater brochure, I found what I was looking for. This led to me using them as a default.
Following on from this, we now have a dedicated Clearwater display, which shows the quality of the products on offer. As a business, it is important to have reliable suppliers that are offering great products at a reasonable price. This is exactly what we get from them.
To summarise, the products are very great quality, the prices are very reasonable and the service that we receive as a business is fantastic. Whether you are a business looking for a new sink/tap supplier, or a customer looking for a product to last for many years in their home, I would recommend Clearwater to anyone

Outstanding Customer Service
I needed a spare part for my KWC Zoe tap and Clearwater Products T/a Sterling Taps were absolutely outstanding.
Despite having not bought the tap from them, they negotiated a very good deal with KWC which saved me almost £250.
My thanks go to Edd who negotiated the deal and was extremely helpful and prompt in replying to my requests for technical advice. My thanks also to KWC.
I honestly didn't believe customer service like this existed anymore and I thoroughly recommend Clearwater Products/Sterling Taps.

The service I received was outstanding. Amber and Edd demonstrated excellent technical knowledge and offered practical guidance for my requirements. 5* doesn’t do it justice- these guys really are brilliant and I would definitely buy from them again. Amazing service
Well what can I say. Truly a fabulous experience.
Amber asked me to send a video outlining the issue. She showed Edd their technician.
Even though my Clearwater kettle tank was just over two years old. They made the decision to send me a free replacement.
We are blown away with the service.
New tank sent, installed and working in 25 hrs
Just fabulous. You cannot get better than that.

I can't fault Alex & the team - Genius!!
I can't fault Alex & the team.
Asked for some help and advise on spare parts for kitchen taps fitted via a refit/makeover.
They have been brilliant - CANNOT FAULT; quick response, offering advice and upon photos of parts needed, parts requested provided.
I had tried other mainstream suppliers to no avail.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Speedy service saves the day!
Phone line promptly answered by incredibly helpful customer service staff who acted immediately to help me source a new tap spare part whilst being ultra diligent and suggesting I send pictures to be absolutely certain I was going to receive the correct item. Speedy verification and utter astonishment as said part arrived the very next day! Can’t fault service or parts! Thank you Becky and Rebecca - Hottest day on record and I have my kitchen tap up and running again. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

A pleasure to deal with this company
What a pleasure to deal with a company that puts the customer first. The Clearwater Eclipse tap is also the best as well as the cheapest kitchen tap I have had for several years. When the hot tap started dripping they sent me a replacement value (plus instructions) FOC immediately. When I could not separate the old valve from its bush they sent me a new bush as well, also FOC. It's also worth saying that the separate fresh water filter is very easy to change, unlike others I have encountered. Fully deserving of a 5* rating.
