The keychain is great and customer service has been helpful.

Shipping/delivery time though could have been improved especially if the order is meant to be given as gift on special occasion. Apart from this, everything is fine and lovely.

The granddaughter key chains are great. Very pleased with them. However, They just took a long time in coming.

Loved my keychain and very easy to order charms when more grandbabies were added!

It took them one month to ship out my order that I ordered a week before Mother’s Day. They gave me no answers as to why it was taking so long. I kept reaching out to customer service, and they kept replying back with the same thing. Y’all don’t deserve business. I will never order from this crap of a website anymore!

Thank you for the charm pieces. I bought a whole set initially "this nana belongs to.." and have been adding on names as they enter the world. It was a mothers day gift that's still growing. It takes a while to get to Canada but worth the wait.

Amazing
It was for my daughter for Mother's day. She was so happy, but the only thing I would have changed is she has more animals than just two dogs and I couldn't customize more than two dogs,like adding cats birds fish etc etc.

One word AMAZING! My mom cried she loved it only thing I would change was the time it took to receive it but I ordered it two months before Mother’s Day and got it right before

The keychain came very fast. It was a tad bit smaller than the picture I had in my head, though.

I ordered my key January 22 in time for Valentine’s Day. It is February 23 and I have not received it yet. I emailed 3 times and got the robot answer with no follow up. Finally emailed and told y’all I was going everywhere I could think of and give my opinion. Which I did. I got a email back promising it to be mailed in 48 hrs. That was over a week ago. So how was my experience?? It was terrible, I will not order from custom grace again. I am so dissatisfied and irritated. I have learned a valuable lesson and it only cost me $20.00

Your product is really good! Nice and worth the money every cent. However. I ordered it so I would have it for a special occasion but the delivery was unbelievably slow. Weeks and weeks for delivery. Finally got it a few days ago and the key chain is beautiful!

Ordered a first engagement borbble beginning of Nov, 2020 for $21.00, i expected abit of a wait due to shipping to the UK. They took money straight away, now mid jan 2021 and still mot arrived. Qas sent tracking number, it never left America, made several enquiries and was told got list in post, they dont do refunds but offered replacement, since then not heard anything and they are ignoring my emails. Very disappointing and calling bank to investigate and retrieve payment for good i did not recieve
