0 stars!! They sent me my keychain for father's day but I'm missing 1 child .... And I've been emailing this liza chick and it's the same email.... They did wrote me back asking for the pictures of the key chain and after that email no more response! Today is July 14 2020 I've been emailing since June 3rd. Pissed!! Spent $35

Ordering from China is faster

This company is horrible. I ordered things for Mother’s Day and still haven’t received anything. The products I ordered coming from China showed up and I still have no word on my purchase.

I ordered last month on father's Day..yet didn't receive my order I have emailed alot of time but didn't respond from administrator..very bad service I give 0 star for this service..this is scam..

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. I made a complaint about my order and provided all details in my email. The representative did not read my email, said they need to do an investigation, then came back with the same information I already provided on my email. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This company deserves No Stars!!! Absolutely totally upset with the service they provide. Ordered a gift for Father’s Day and of today it still isn’t here. Tracking updates are a joke too!!!! When I email the company all I have gotten are canned email responses...no human being has had the professional courtesy to pick the phone up and call me, can’t even find a phone for this company. At this point it is not about the money I spent, but rather the principle and decency to provide good customerservice. This company does not do this!!!!! TOTAL DISGRACE!!!!!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I’ve been waiting a month for a Father’s Day keychain. When I emailed to ask about two weeks after ordering I found out it had just shipped. Then it was shipped to the wrong city and has been lost ever since! They shipped it to a post office via UPS (weird) so its not a direct shipment process...Now some post office is holding my package hostage in Kansas City and I live near St Louis..... Apparently they the post office hold it for three days before they send back. Where will it go then? Nobody knows...Seller won’t reply, and UPS can’t do anything because it’s at the post office!
Don’t use this company!

Low Quality, waited a long time, misprint on one bead

My bracelet for Father's Day came several days later. I did get it, and the bead with our wedding date has parenthesis around it which I did NOT order. And the paint is already starting to come off. Do not buy from these people, the quality of their product is very low.

NOT SCAM

JUNE/30/2020,JUST RECEIVED MY TWO KEYCHAINS SO NOT SCAM. LISA WAS RIGHT, DUE TO THE COVID-19 ALL SHIPPING WERE VERY SLOW AND VERY LATE.
Not sure if Scam or Not but I purchased 2 Keychain for mother's day on May third, 2020 and haven't seen them! Did email many times, was given by a Lisa two tracking numbers but as of today June/25/2020, still showing in transit.
I went to the BBB website and filed a complaint there. bbb.org
SO AS OF NOW THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STAR AT ALL!
ON GOOLE SEARCH JUST TYPE CUSTOMGRACE AND MAYBE THE THIRD OR FOURTH PAGE WILL BE BBB.

Beyond pissed

Zero stars!! I wished i had never purchased from here. I ordered on 6/8/20 and my item has not even been shipped. I keep emailing asking about my order and i get an automated reply! There’s no phone number to even call. At this point i just want my order to arrive and not have given my money away for free!!!! Do NOT BUY from this site! SCAMMERS!!!!!!! Beyond pissed!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE…

I purcahsed a customized bracelet for my husband for FATHER'S Day on May 18th 2020. For a while I have not recieved any updates on my purchase and the status of my shipment. About 2 weeks ago I reached put to the company regarding this manner as its getting close to Fathers Day!! Im not able to speak to a live representative and I have to wait up to 2 business days for a response. I recieved an email stating that I would recieve a notification of shipment in 2 to 3 business days. Its now 2 days away from Father's day and still no bracelet or shipment info.. I than again sent yet ANOTHER EMAIL stating that i wanted a refund! The very next day I recieved info that the item would be here on the 24th of June (3 days after Father's Day)!!!!!!! Today is the 24th and I still have not recieved my package. I have sent several emails regarding this manner and requesting a refund and STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING (Not a reponse email, call, refund, purchased item, NOTHING) IM SUPER PISSED AND CONFUSED AS TO WHY NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT OR THE FACT THAT I CANNOT TALK TO A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE!!! AND IM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!!!

No star at all

Bad customer service. Product got return to sender and she said I should go get it from the post office but I am not the sender.
Asked her to refund my money and never heard from her. That was a Mother's day present by the way and it was "delivered" in June.

Beware!

If you're planning to hit a certain occasion that is within 2 months, stay away!! I can't even guarantee you'll ever get your order as I placed an order before mother's day, and now we're approaching 4th of July and I'm yet to receive it. They'll reply to your first email to buy some time, but then will stop replying to subsequent emails thinking it will just go away!

I haven't received my order for Father's Day

I ordered a Father’s Day gift. It was supposed to arrive on 6/19. It hasn't arrived. I can't get anywhere with UPS. They said I have to contact Custom Grace. I've been trying since yesterday but I haven't received a reply. I was going to order something my daughter in law but I will never buy anything from this company again. I will warn others not to but anything from them, too!

I placed an order on May 29th for the drive safe keychain for father's day. My order was scheduled to arrive on June 12th and I received it on the 19th. My order was for 2 girls names and I received 1 boy and 1 girl. While I received email communication from my initial email, no one follows up to see the process all the way through. I am now waiting for a resolution to my problem. Of course, the correct product will not be received on time as father's day in the 21st. The customer service is poor as well as attention to detail. It seems they don't have a quality control department to view these mistakes, which may seem minor to them, but a big deal to someone like me.
