Good service. Great products! Very reliable.

Whilst CVP didn't have all the bits I required, I was constantly kept informed of progress until they were sent out. I liked how they delivered them together rather than bit by bit as besides saving postage it is more environmentally responsible to do so as well.

The lens tissues were sold at a good price and arrived quickly after updates about when they would arrive.

There were no issues with payment, the tracking number was provided straight away, and the item arrived perfectly on time, looking exactly as described.

Unfortunately, that deadcat completely fails to block out wind noise during recording (which is what it was bought for), making it completely useless to me. :(
So, the seller is nice but this product isn't.

I recently pre-ordered the new BenQ monitor for Mac which I have taken delivery of today. CVP were great from start to finish… their customer service is swift, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t be happier, thank you.

I've now ordered from CVP multiple times and without fail all of my equipment / orders were delivered on time without any damage or any items missing from boxes. I've also been finding myself making the most of discounted pricing on CVP, for example on my Sony FX30 I saved myself £250.

Good product and communication. One small thing but feel the whole item was overpackaged.

I could order an ancient Ming dynasty vase and it would come with less protection.

However, this is probably a first world problem.

I all ways receive the order quickly. My only gripe is the web site search is becoming less usefully, this was always a big plus and why I like using CVP but now if I want to look for v lock battlies it mixes in lots of other thing and I can't find the selection o clock to see which I want. But maybe I am just getting old and can't use technogly any more.
