Cyan Teak Furniture Avis 

I’ve been buying various bits of garden furniture from Cyan for close to 20 years.

Their products are top notch quality but what makes them special is that they’re so helpful when it comes to providing spares for chairs etc.

I recently ordered a few bolts etc to repair a chair that I’ve had for years - the products last for decades if you look after them.

Added to which Melany and Saz were super helpful and friendly when dealing with my query.

From the very start of my conversation with Cyan they made me feel Welcome, fully understanding my needs, and nothing was too much trouble!
Not everyone experiences a loved ones death so early in life, so it can be a very sensitive issue.

Wanting to choose my own granite top I asked if I could buy only the base of a teak side table.
The member of staff I contacted was very helpful and quickly made all the arrangements for this. Only a short time later my truly excellent quality table-base arrived.
The standard of service throughout was remarkably good, even with phone calls to ensure that delivery arrangements would be convenient for me.

I recently bought a teak bench from Cyan and am very happy with the purchase. The bench was delivered fully constructed looks strong and of good quality wood. The company emailed me when in stock and offered three different delivery dates. I received a text on the day of delivery to confirm timing. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Would recommend.

Easy to use website with straight forward ordering process. Delivered within the projected time frame and the delivery driver was really helpful; items delivered to our back garden and he assembled and checked the operation of the the table for us. The quality of the table and chairs is exceptional and the cushions a nice thickness, and very comfortable.

We are comparing it with an experience that we encountered several years ago with a different company. We are in our seventies with health difficulties preventing us from lifting and when the delivery of our new shed arrived the 2 van drivers refused to carry the sections from the front of our house into our rear garden. This caused us great difficulties and stress at the time.
We were concerned in case we experienced a similar problem when we ordered our Cyan bench as we were unsure how heavy it would be to carry it.
The delivery driver was fantastic and willingly took the bench from his van to the rear garden and asked where we would like it exactly positioned. What a difference and a great relief.
We were very grateful and it 's reassuring to know that some companies still value their customers.

2/ The quality of the “Balmoral Sturdy Teak Park Bench” is fantastic, It’s extremely solid and very well made… even surpassed my high expectations..

We needed a replacement bench for a communal garden in a block of self-managed flats. We didn't want self-assembly and wanted it delivered. After some research we opted for a Rose Garden Bench in Teak from Corido. We are delighted with the quality of the product, the service we received, the quick delivery and the courtesy, care - and driving skills(!) - of the delivery driver. We shall return when our next bench needs replacing.
