It was a daunting task when we started as I am not an IT person. CyberLab made it easy for me and was very patient and understanding. I have a learnt a lot from the process about my own systems which I have in place!! Explanations and guidance were readily available.

We've used CyberLab as our CE+ auditors for the last few years now and would highly recommend them. Their communication and the service they provide are both excellent - their auditors are extremely helpful when it comes to identifying and resolving problems.
