I received high quality support from everyone. I have no idea when it comes to computers and I felt that I could approach them any time for help without being judge. Excellent Cyber Essentials guidance & support
Our second Cyber Essentials self-assessment with Cyberlab and they excel in making the process straightforward, with support available when required and at assessment. Once submitted, the assessors feedback is quick and provides detailed information in order to rectify any potential non-compliance areas. We will be using Cyberlab next year when we require reaccreditation.
