SCAMMERS
They offer a 7-day trial/refund period for their all addons. After two days, and seeing that their product was not what I expected, I requested a refund and they completely ignored me, with no response.
I have opened a ticket and they refuse to refund me, they are scammers and their after-sales service is terrible.

I got an issue when tried to upgrade from the panel. I tried to solve it from community because I used free license yet. The technician let us open a ticket to solve it after double-checked. It is very fast and patient to solve it after the get help from technician. But it is really no useful when tried to find a way from community. Hope cyberpanel become much easier to use and usually have nice support for everyone.

Giving them a 5 star review because it is the most robust free solution out there, however the paid support version and the extra licenses for tools/apps is handy.
One has to be aware that it is still buggy and has some small nuanced issues, but it is constantly improving and we will continue to support this project where we can.

Terrible Customer Service and No Refund Despite Requesting Within 7 Days

Disregard my last edit after holding my money over me in order to get me to remove my review, they have now closed my account and provided no update on the refund I am beyond frustrated what was supposed to be a quick refund turned into this complete unprofessional nightmare. I have given up getting the refund and I hope everyone takes this as a warning to not do business with them. For the cyberpanel guys keep my money but I assure you I will spread the word on the complete mess this was.

I had a very disappointing experience with CyberPanel's WordPress Manager. After trying out their service, I quickly realized it wasn’t what I needed, so I requested a refund within their advertised 7-day refund policy. Unfortunately, instead of promptly processing my request, they dragged out the process over several weeks with minimal and delayed communication.
Every time I reached out, it felt like they were just trying to stall, asking for more and more unnecessary information. Finally, after weeks of back-and-forth, they flat out refused to honor the refund. This is not only frustrating but feels like a breach of trust.
If you're considering CyberPanel, be aware that their refund policy is apparently just for show. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a service provider that values their customers and stands by their promises.

Contraté un VPS con Contabo e instalé Cyberpanel. Había oído hablar de él y, siendo gratuito, me pareció una buena idea. Mi objetivo era migrar mi sitio web desde otro servidor a este nuevo de Contabo. Hasta entonces, siempre había utilizado CPanel y no estaba familiarizado con Cyberpanel, así que decidí pagar por un paquete de complementos que incluía un año de servicio al cliente .

Me puse en contacto con un técnico "Shoaib Khan - Staff Reply" a través de un ticket y le pregunté si podían manejar la migración de varios sitios web que tenía alojados en mi servidor actual. Desde el principio, me sorprendió cuando pidió $50 adicionales, pero pensé que era justo por el trabajo que conllevaba.
Me derivaron a un WhatsApp de empresa para seguir con la Gestión de la migración

**Por aquí dejo el numero por si os pasa, he quitado los 2 últimos números por no comprometer a Truspilot
Al principio, todo parecía estar bien. Migraron un sitio web sin problemas y luego comenzaron con el segundo, un WordPress multisite. Ese mismo día, recibí un correo electrónico de Contabo informándome sobre actividad inusual en el puerto 25/tcp. Me pidieron que verificara si mi servidor había sido hackeado o que explicara lo que estaba sucediendo, ya que la IP estaba en riesgo y ya había sido incluida en tres listas negras.
Me puse en contacto con el soporte técnico de Cyberpanel, y me dijeron que no había nada anormal. Sin embargo, al investigar por mi cuenta, descubrí que habían estado enviando correos masivos desde el dominio de acceso principal del servidor durante dos días. Cuando hablé con ellos de nuevo y me ignoraron, me vi obligado a reunir informes de toda la actividad para poder denunciarlos y reinstalar el VPS. Descubrí que habían creado tres accesos...
Una vez resuelto el entuerto reinstalando el servidor y verificado que ya no tenían posibilidad de nuevo hackeo, le pedí a Cyberpanel que me devolvieran el dinero, los 139$ del addons que pague, Se rieron de mi, me comenzaron a marear hasta que me harté y aquí estoy haciendo publico todo esto para evitaros malos tragos como lo he pasado yo.
¡Chicos, tengan cuidado con estas personas!
reclamo mis 139$ sino Mi siguiente paso es:
Enviar todos los informes que recopilé sobre la actividad maliciosa perpetrada por el soporte técnico de Cyberpanel a todos los proveedores de servicios que ofrecen Cyberpanel como una de sus soluciones.
Mi recuperar mi dinero estafado y evitar que perjudiquen a alguien más. Yo tuve suerte porque me di cuenta a tiempo y no lograron incluir el dominio principal en ninguna lista negra.

Hemos tenido comunicaciones previas por email, ticket y WhatsApp, y ustedes cuentan con todas las pruebas documentadas que se aportaron en su momento. Entiendo que solicitar nuevamente estas pruebas por este medio no es viable, ya que es imposible hacer pública esta información en Trustpilot.
Les pido amablemente que dejen de evadir el problema. Como bien saben, solo he solicitado el reembolso de la compra del addon por valor de $139, con el objetivo de resolver este asunto de manera amistosa. Sin embargo, hasta ahora, solo he recibido por su parte desinterés y ahora falsedades.
Ustedes ya tienen mis datos y las pruebas necesarias, por lo que les solicito que se pongan en contacto conmigo en privado para resolver este tema de manera confidencial y eviten así perjudicar aún más su reputación.
A partir del lunes, comenzaré a compartir mi experiencia e informes con proveedores de servicios que promocionan CyberPanel, para que estén al tanto de sus prácticas con los usuarios.

Avoid them at all cost
Cyberpanel is a product you should avoid at all costs. The people behind it, Usman Nasir and Sohaib Khan Khattak, are shady and untrustworthy. If you are in the market for a free control panel, steer clear of Cyberpanel. It's not a solution you can trust with your data.
Usman and Sohaib have ignored a verified customer who accused them of taking his money without consent (see his review here). This is not an isolated incident; other reviews have accused them of theft, and more will undoubtedly follow.
Usman and Sohaib have one goal: to extract as much money as possible by ANY means necessary. Every update to Cyberpanel introduces a new feature hidden behind a paywall.
Charging for a service is acceptable, but advertising a control panel as free while restricting essential features until users pay is deceitful.
If you install a WordPress site you will see an added plugin out of nowhere called “CyberSMTPs”. You guessed it, they want money.
Also, the latest update added an enormous red banner at the top, demanding payment for another service.This banner is annoying and cannot be disabled, forcing users to tolerate its presence.
The control panel is filled with bait-and-switch tactics. You might see a function, but when you click on it, it redirects you to the Cyberpanel site, prompting you to pay to enable the feature.
The issue is not with providing services, it’s providing services from people with no track record. In fact the only track record you will find about Usman Nasir and Sohaib Khan Khattak is theft accusations, substandard service and poor support. Why would I trust them with my emails and my data and even pay them for that? These people are delusional.
Make no mistake, It's only a matter of time before the entire control panel becomes unusable without paying.
Avoid these people like the plague. Opt for other free and respected control panels like CloudPanel, aaPanel, or ISPConfig.
