Not Recommended, I am stucked with Cyberpanel because of Hostinger VPS, i really regret it, No proper support, It works best only if you are a server end guru, only i have to pay to fiverr... Voir plus

I am using cyberpanel almost 3-4 Years, Yeah You can get other panel also but most important is how long you will be with them and long lasting with panel is depend on performance, flexibility and main is support. Yeah panel is really good in performan and flexibility but support is outstanding so whenever you are in trouble like configuration, issue, virus, oh my god there support team really make me happy.. Migrated from a costly server to Cyberpersons hosting and had excellent support and free server setup and migration. 100% recommended!
Migrated from a costly server host to their new hosting in USA and they moved my sites for free, fixed bugs and issues, and were a great help. Considering it is a free panel and 1/3 the price of former server, with stronger RAM and CPU even, and has support, 24-7 support, it is a great good deal. The support team does their very best.
Additionally, when there's a hiccup to their new server system backups, they are instantly open about it and do their best to resolve it ASAP. I appreciate honesty in service and professionalism over the odd hiccup.
Given the low fair pricing and the extraordinarily good support, I can 100% highly recommend them.
Amazing Service
Amazing service, especially from Usman, the server my VM was on had an NVMe failure, which was a bit of a headache for me, but Usman spent a lot of time to get me back up and running, all while giving me options that best suited my situation, along with complete data recovery and keeping me well informed all the while! Amazing, I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend their service to anyone.

Had some challenges when the Nvme disk on the Virtual Server went down. But I got a new server up the same day and got good help with opening ports and checking if I had set up the cyberpanel correctly. There are still a few challenges left after the crash, but I expect that will be resolved during the evening.
Well explained what had happened when something went wrong and good help with getting a new server up, with relatively little response time to get an answer.

I had a great experience with the CyberPanel support team. They are super responsive (on average, it took less than 30 minutes to get a reply via email, which is really fast for that channel), and the messages I received were thoughtful and genuinely helpful. It was obvious that whoever was on the other end really wanted to help and move things forward.

Excellent support team, infrastructure needs tightening
I migrated a Drupal website from cPanel shared hosting to a CyberPanel VPS (CP 5 plan) in March 2026. The site serves a community of blind and low-vision Muslims who depend on it daily for prayer times and Quran access.
What CyberPanel does well:
The support team is genuinely responsive and technically competent. When I reported that my server was provisioned with 15 GB of RAM instead of the contracted 32 GB, the team identified the root cause (Proxmox memory ballooning misconfiguration), fixed it within hours, and provided a detailed technical explanation. They also granted me Proxmox API access with a dedicated monitoring token so I could verify the fix independently from the terminal. This was especially important because I use a screen reader and the Proxmox web interface is not accessible. They handled this accommodation without hesitation.
The day-of support for urgent issues is where CyberPanel truly shines. Fast responses, clear communication, and they own their mistakes when they make them.
Where there is room for improvement:
The migration itself had several issues that required significant post-cutover work on my end: broken file paths across 8 configuration files, a MySQL credential mismatch between settings.py and the .env file that caused intermittent login failures, and SSH left on the default port with no hardening. These are infrastructure items that should have been caught during a managed migration.
The RAM provisioning error also went undetected until it caused an 11-hour outage. The Proxmox host disk was full from old migration files that were never cleaned up, which compounded the issue. By that point I had already decommissioned my previous hosting provider, so I had no fallback.
Some non-support items have been slow to resolve: a PTR record request took nearly two weeks, and server monitoring pricing took multiple escalations across two tickets before I received an answer.
Who is CyberPanel good for?
If you are technically comfortable and can handle your own application management (Drupal, WordPress, etc.), CyberPanel gives you a lot of server for the price. The CP 5 plan with 8 cores, 32 GB RAM, and 360 GB NVMe is excellent value. The lifetime add-ons package (SSL V2, Backup V2, Rspamd, File Manager) is a good deal. And the support team, when engaged on a specific issue, is responsive and capable.
Just be prepared to verify your server resources independently after migration, and build your own monitoring if you want peace of mind.

The panel works fine and does what it claims. The customer service staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My request took some time to get a response, but it was an unusual problem and had nothing to do with performance of the panel. (It was a billing issue)
My only real complaint is the panel feels very outdated due to its UI and UX. It desperately needs an update and a rethinking about how to present options and changes to the user to more modern standards.
