Great experience. Very quick coming back to all my queries. The bike was dispatched very quickly and the delivery option was great, and affordable thanks to the promotion. The bike is as described, almost new really. I'd definitely recommend using Cycle Exchange.

Helpful with quick Delivery
Ordered a SystemSix Hi Mod. I had a few questions which were either answered promptly or I was guided to where to find the information. They were very helpful and delivery was quick. The frame was also well packaged.

Outstanding communication and support throughout the purchasing process to make sure I was getting the right bike for me. The Premium Hand Delivery service is a great addition if you are purchasing a bike with components you are not used to.
I now have a great bike for a new season.

Would have got 5 stars however the bike…
Would have got 5 stars however the bike arrived with a flat Di2 battery and as the Junction Box was hidden it took a lot of head scratching to find and then charge.

Hi Philip, thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear the battery was flat when it arrived. Whilst the workshop do a final inspection on all bikes before they're shipped to make sure they're in full working order, they wouldn't fully charge them as all bikes are provided with charger. The team are always on hand do give guidance so feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. Hope you enjoy the Bianchi. All the best.
