The staff were great and couldn’t do enough to help. The young lady was very educated on the tech, supportive of my lack of experience any gave me a full opportunity to try out the bikes as many times as I needed with no pressure to buy. Perfect sales support which resulted in me buying the most expensive bike on offer.

Recently bought second used bike from them and servicing of my first bike. Had a series of modifications to the bike, including switching wheels, handle bar, chain, and parts to my old wheel set. Both bike purchase and parts changes all handled professionally and on time. Highly recommended.

All bikes are top notch and high quality. Although my bike was pre owned it was like a brand new one. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Todd the mechanic was also extremely helpful. You can probably get your dream bike here, at a price within your budget? I won't be buying a new bike again thanks to Cycle Exchange.

I can't stress enough how positive an experience I had with Cycle Exchange throughout my purchase with them. They were super helpful and supportive when I was doing my research and considering which bike to purchase (not pushing me to spend more money uneccessarily) right through to delivery and pick up of my purchase. They were also super helpful and accommodating with some slight complications I had with my Cycle 2 Work scheme, making sure the process was smooth and easy.

I can't recommend them enough if you are looking to purchase a new bike!

This was the second bike I've bought from Cycle Exchange. I'm relatively new to adult cycling for pleasure/exercise and having gained confidence over the last year, I wanted a full road bike.

My having spotted one, the team, initially online and then in person, answered all my questions and showed me the bike. I was reassured by their friendly, speedy and sensible replies and the team's willingness to help. I wasn't put under any pressure, and I was given space to think, assess options and also to try out other smilarly-priced road bikes to help me decide.

I chose to buy and asked for some Di2 105 parts to be swapped over to Ultegra ones (which I supplied). The bike was ready for me a couple of days later and it was a pleasure to ride the following Friday at one of the CE Chat Laps. I recommend.

Loving my new bike, no way could I afford £12000 for a new Aethos S-works. It’s reassuring to know that there is comeback and support when buying such big ticket used premium bikes without actually seeing them first . I’m pleased and relieved to report that the cycle exchange online description was spot on when the bike arrived. Having the bike promptly delivered to my door really made the buying process easy to manage. I would definitely recommend Cycle Exchange, they take all the potential pitfalls out of buying used bikes.

I purchased a 2025 Trek Domane+ AL5. It was delivered via a dedicated courier and was as described. I had it set up on my turbo trainer the next day and I have been very happy with my purchase.

A friend recently bought a road bike from Cycle Exchange and recommended them. I test rode three of the gravel bikes they had in my size (I’m 6ft 3). They were really helpful all through this process. I’ve riden it twice since and loved it. There is a niggle with the gears slipping, which the workshop have identified as a slightly bent hanger. They’re ordering another and will fit it under warranty. A small nuisance but sorted out with charm and no friction. Great sales, great after sales.

My bike was delivered within 24hrs of ordering and was in perfect condition.

Unfortunately not a good experience. I was given a price for my bike which I accepted. A gentleman came round my house and thoroughly checked the bike. There were scratches around the bottom bracket. This was photographed and sent back to Cycle Exchange, there and then. Despite the scratches caused by the chain coming off, the BB had been replaced last quarter of 2025 well after the scratches were caused. Both myself and the gentleman that came to check and collect the bike, agreed that if these scratches had damaged the BB housing, the BB would not have been replaced. When the bike was taken back, it was rejected because of the scratches. It is now on its way back to me after having paid £50 for packing and carriage! Wasted my time with a £50 charge on top. I would have expected the chap that came to inspect, would have had the authority to reject it at the collection point. Would think twice about recommending.

First class service provided by the team at Cycle Exchange. Exchanged my trek to buy a factor on the cycletowork scheme and dealt with Max who was brilliant in explaining the process and making it all very easy. So pleased with the new bike collected in from the shop and even got a complimentary coffee! I would highly recommend purchasing your next bike from these guys.

Another incredibly well executed workshop investigation and remediation by Mo and Todd. Anything I’ve got that wasn’t built by cycle exchange is now getting the pro treatment from them. What a relief to find professionals who have the desire and capability to get it right first time providing useful information along the way.
