The store itself is exemplary, couldn't fault a thing.
Ryan's service was second to none with some humour that was appreciated.
My partner and I also shopped at your store less than a month ago and the experience was exactly the same.. just wish I could remember the young fellas name that served us.

I walked into Cyrus Rugs Cairns store and was greeted by Josh who offered to assist me. I asked to have a look around first. When I was ready Josh was very helpful .
I bought 2 Afghan rugs and was given a discount. I couldn’t be happier.

Purchased the rug over 3 weeks ago. At the time of purchase I was asked for email address so that an authentcity certificate could be sent. No certificate has arrived. Rang head office was told they would look into it. Still no response. So sad.

Cyrus Rugs in Cairns is brilliant they have an excellent range of rugs available at great prices I have bought several rugs in past. And I went in yesterday to purchase another one and I was greeted by Josh who was amazing he was so helpful in choosing my rug and once I got home and laid the mat on the floor I had second thoughts about the one I had chosen.
I gave Josh a call and explained and that I should have bought the other one I was looking at , he said just bring it back and we can swap it over, when I arrived he had the other rug rolled up and ready go I just had to pay the difference. It has been a long time since I have experienced brilliant customer service as Josh I found him to be so friendly, well mannered and he had wonderful knowledge of the rugs available.
Thank you Cyrus for providing a wonderful staff member I will definitely be going back.

Good range of rugs, maybe too many but what the hell.
Assistant was VERY helpful and provided good advice.
Had to exchange one rug due to lousy colour choice but no issues and done with a smile.
