DONT DO IT!!!! Tastes horrible, comes with auto renew without your permission and they have zero way to cancel your subscription. The phone has no representatives and actually hangs up on you... Voir plus

Most of these reviews are confusing Doses with a meal prep company. I am the owner and we sell and have been in business for over 10 years. Thank you for the continued support.

Their food is good-but I paid extra to not include certain "allergy" foods-- and I still got some. Not sure if it is UPS or them but shipping has been delayed by a day twice in 3 weeks--I have emaile... Voir plus

Horrible company

Horrible company. No customer service, the owner Ryan would rather block you and steal your money then simply giving you what you paid for.

Have orded 2 times from them before and no problems. Black Friday in 2018 I orded a new cap, it never caim. I have spoken to the owner through Instagram since they NEVER responed to the emails. When i write this review its 8/15-19 and I haven’t got it. If you are going to order, do order with a creditcard so you can get your money back.
I think it’s a bigger chance to get a iPhone if you hit the bullseye 5 times on gamingsites rather than something from Daily Doses

Buyer Beware

Ordered several items in early October 2018 and I’m still waiting for them. Several emails later and several promises from Ryan at Daily Doses that they’re just about to send them to me. I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Comission, the California Attorney General’s office and requesting a refund from PayPal.

No cap !

I ordered my cap there is soon 2 months, after several reminders without answer I opened a chargeback on paypal recently and they answered me on the pretext that they finished creating my cap and that it is necessary that I close my chargeback to proceed with the shipment, which I did but I still have no answer...

I tried to give them a chance. I ordered my hats on January 1,2018 and still haven't recieved anything. I will say that they have responded to every email professionally but never the less give me the run around and end every email with "it should be ready this week, sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused you".Its very funny that they respond to all of our reviews and say it's a lie. This company is poorly run and can not keep up with demand but continuously takes our money. Total scam

Wouldn't even give it 1 star, absolute shambles of a company (if you can even call it one). After asking for a refund over the space of almost 2 years, Ryan eventually blocked me, a customer, on all socials, after promising he would get it resolved. In short, DON'T buy from them, they steal people's hard-earned money and will leave you high and dry.

BELIEVE THE HYPE!

Garbage customer service, no communication. Had to do a chargeback on my CC for the first time because of this sketchy a** company. DON'T BUY!!

Item never sent, no refund, unprofessional communication

Also bought something, followed up about the order, got no response. Decided to forget about it because it wasn't a lot of money. Decided to follow up later on Instagram and did get a response. Unfortunately, everything was immature, deflective, and rude. I'm quite sure the positive comments here are just Ryan's friends. The merchandise is quite nice and perhaps most of the orders actually go out but it's just depressing that Ryan has no sense of humanity or customer service. He will probably call your words slander (they are not) or say you're trying to scam him (deflection, anyone?). Just wanted to write a review so people can continue to see that these issues are real and still happening. Good luck. -- Second response - was not issued a refund -- fine but I would suggesting actually knowing and keeping track of your customers and orders. Don't like supporting companies/people that don't know how to do business.

Never received order

Order was never shipped out to me. After waiting one month, yes, one whole month, I emailed asking when my order would be shipped out. Took them a week to reply to my email. They said it would be shipped out right away. They gave me a tracking number for it. After a week of having the tracking number stuck at "Shipping Label Printed", I emailed again. And again. And again. All of my emails/ attempts to contact them were ignored. I had to file a PayPal dispute, which I ended up winning since they never responded to it.

It's a shame. They make great products, but I can't support a company that is literally stealing from customers...

The same thing happened to my friend about 2 months before I ordered, both of us were return customers. But not anymore.

Ryan, you really need to work on the customer service part of your business. You're going to lose all your customers at this rate

Bad online customer service

My item was never sent out after 12 days from my original date of purchase, despite emailing them twice about it. They ignored my first email and finally got back to me on the second email. On the website they stated that "domestic orders can take up to 10 days to process" which it took longer than that, and made NO effort for any compensation for failing to meet their standards. I would've never gotten my item if I were to never email them about my item since it seems like they completely forgot about it until I had to get on their backs about it the second time.

Super products, very good service!

Made my first order, 2 american handmade caps.

Everything in the shop is very clean, the payment process easy.
The products speak for them self!

Can I recommend this shop and there products, yes I can.
