I purchased a refurbished MacBook Air
I purchased a refurbished MacBook Air. The previous owner login info was still in the MacBook. I figured out hour to change to mines. But also in order for it to stay on it had to always stay plugged in. I emailed customer service.
I was emailing with Harrison who handle everything with ease. I’m exchanging the 1st one and grind a replacement.
