Issue still not resolved
Issue still not resolved. I’ve been trying to resolve it since 9/11/24. It’s like they don’t read the emails. I’m so over this. Now they want me to ship it back at my expense. It’s 2 metal (not quality for sure) plant shelves that would cost more than the worthless product. I’d rather have a refund instead of spending over a hundred dollars to ship it back. I’ve opted out of emails and I’m still receiving them. Don’t waste your time or money on their products that they don’t back up. Amazon is the way to go for products and service.

My order was sent to the wrong address. An address I haven't had for over a year. My last order was sent to my current address. Anyway, as soon as I realized it was wrong, I contacted them to make changes. I was told they couldn't change the deliver and had to wait for a tracking number. When I got the tracking number I called the shipper and was told they couldn't do anything about it. After the order was switched to the final delivery order, I contacted them. They told me they couldn't change the order so it was never changed. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong address and I can't get a refund on the money OR the item I ordered. I followed all they told me to do and couldn't get cooperation from anyone. So I'm out the money and the product and I'm not a happy camper. So the deals look good, but it's now worth it tome to have this happen again. Good by and good riddance
