The item purchased arrived timely Ang in great condition. The assembly instructions were vague and failed to identify all the parts and when to assemble them. The finished product has two desk tops that can individually adjusted up or down — primary reason for purchase! HOWEVER, the two tops will not fit together when at the same level — too tight!!! Very disappointed in the design and vague instructions for assembly and no customer service phone number to call for resolution of this problem!!!

No confirmatory email, no tracking, no product
No confirmatory email after purchase. My AMEX was charged. Received no tracking info and no laptop. I contacted support and Devin said they'd look into it and would hear back in 24-48 hours. HEARD NOTHING.

My item was refunded properly but I was still out of pocket for the return shipping fee. Bummer. Also, the item sold was so tiny that it could not even be worn or given away as a suitable gift. Really? Please do not advertise unsuitable items too tiny to be worn even by a child.

Got bed sheets for a size I don't have, and for the other stuff was just junk like what it said. Never again waste money on something with junk in the name cause again that's what I got. Nothing I can use.

I like that the product I needed was available and at a good price. What I didn't like was receiving 2 unpackaged eye containers. The description said the were "new" but I do not know if they truly are :/ My original eye cream purchased at Costco has a blue iridescent color, but these 2 jars showed up with an off beige color. Could it be the heat effected it while in the mail for 9 days from NY to TX? I haven't used it. I'm weary 🤷♀️
