I've been using the Newport storage in Maesglas for 2 years now. The main recommendation I want to make is the service and support I have received from Paul the manager. I often need access when on my own (I have restricted use of one of my arms) and Paul is always more than happy to help me both with opening and closing my unit, no matter how busy he is! He always asks if can help further and offers advice about the best way to store my furniture and boxes.
The unit is easy to get access to, and I can go there whenever without giving notice. The area around the unit and throughout the site as far as I can see, is well kept, clean and tidy. I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Great storage unit, easy access and Ian was really helpful in explaining everything when i had finished with the unit.

We have been using Dainton storage in Plymouth for quite some time and have been very happy with everything about the service. Caroline in the office has been more than helpful and made it a pleasure to visit the unit when required. We have no problems recommending them to anyone

Absolutely fantastic dealing with paul from start to finish. Very clean site, with great access for larger vehicles as well. Stored a kitchen for 4 months. You only pay for the days you use after the initial 1 month minimum hire. Massive thumbs up and thanks from us 😀

When seaching for storage in the Llanelli / Swansea area, I found Dainton price to be the cheapest. On visiting the Swansea dept, Chris the Mgr and the other Chris were always polite, friendly and helpful. The site was always clean and tidy Steve

Ian was extremely helpful from my first phone call to handing in my keys. As there was no storage available at the time he put me on the waiting list and phoned immediately one came available. Everything went smoothly and Ian was always friendly and went out of his way to help me each time I went to the store. I would highly recommend Dainton storage in Paignton. Thank you.

Great communication throughout the process and reasonably priced. Units are in good condition - no issues over the 7 months I made use of them. Would highly recommend Daintons

Unsafe! Dainton trapped us and another customer on their site with no means of escape. The gate closes automatically at 4pm, and they don't bother to ensure the site is secure before locking up for the night. Dainton's lack of duty of care towards their customers is shocking.

Emergency contact numbers also go unanswered, only compounding the distress. What if there is a medical emergency or fire? They blame the customer, citing T's &C's signed years ago, and suggest you should get a fob for access after hours. This is of little consolation when you are stuck in there.

A real blame culture from both Paul the owner and Stan the manager, who should both consider taking a course in customer service, as telling a very distressed customer who is in a panic that they are "irate" or threatening that they should rather be calling the police on us for being onsite after hours is outrageous. Especially when they are the ones who have locked you in.

Think carefully before you entrust your possessions with this company.

They were very happy and willing to help you out with the unit ,would recommend them to any one looking for storage 10/10

I rented a storage unit which suited my needs perfectly. Dainton was the only storage provider who can rent units instantly, were competitively priced and had a variety of storage unit sizes.
The entire site is secure and you are given you unique access code for out of hours access. The site was immaculate always
given the excellent security on site I was relieved that my unit and its contents were safe and secure
The staff were always respectful, polite and very helpful. They go the extra mile to help you.
contract terms are excellent.
If I ever need storage again they are my first choice

Excellent ‘one stop’ storage facility.
The location & access to the units are convenient & easy. Well laid out, and thought out, clean, dry & well maintained.
Great variety of storage options & packaging supplies.
Fairly priced.
However what really makes this a ‘stand out’ business, is the staff, polite and positive, with a very helpful ‘can do’ attitude.
Particularly Lee, who could not have done more to accommodate an urgent requirement at short notice for a storage option. He is an absolute asset to the company, and hopefully they are aware of this.

The facility and staff were great. The facility is well laid out, and the staff friendly and professional.
We stored for 11 months and everything was just as it should be.
