Very easy to book online and great customer service when I needed to call with an enquiry.

Variable unit sizes, good communication, very reasonable prices, excellant access, parking and security. Would highly recommend them for short term or long term storage needs.

I used Northallerton's Store box and I can’t be more thankful that they’re there. I needed safe, accessible long-term storage for my home stuff. Mine was great, I didn’t need to worry about my things and the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

The facilities at this site are First Class.The site is very well layed out, and very well maintained.

This storage system worked perfectly for us during a recent house renovation.
It was easy to set up with clear instructions on how to gain entry, and use the storage facility.
The unit was clean and by far big enough for what we needed to store. Our furniture came out the way it went in. The security was great and we felt our possessions would be safe and secure.
Customer service support were extremely helpful when the time came to leave the storage facility.

Used Storebox Self Storage to help with house move. Easy to use and staff very helpful. System easy to use and ability to visit up to 10pm very useful. Storage units clean and lifts make light work to upper units. Two month discount very reasonable. I would use this company again. No complaints.

With family moving from North Lincolnshire to Durham needed a temp storage solution. Selected Storebox and sure glad I did. Selection of the unit in Bishop Auckland was easy and instructions provided worked fine from first entry.

The move to County Durham was a drawn out process meaning 1) an extended stay 2) an additional storage unit and staff were helpful every time assistance was required.

After 7 months our requirements for storage has ended and with further customer assistance our contract was easily ended (I can thank Teresa for the help with that.

Overall storage can be expensive but I thought Storebox provided an excellent cost effective service. I would highly recommend anyone considering using Storebox as a solution for them.
