I ordered a pair of boots on the 5th of December, and I have not received anything yet. From the reviews I have read, I am really sorry for getting them, finding out that they are actually made in China and not here in the USA. If I am right here when (and if) they come, I'll refuse the package, and find something else elsewhere.

Advertisements are misleading and return policy is useless! If I could give a zero star I would!

Size 48 wide waterproof leather motorcycle boots ordered.
Wording of advertisement not complying as follows.
1. Ordered wide, supplied not wide.
2. Waterproof, no way are these waterproof.
3. 2.5mm leather, plastic and thin.
4. Motorcycle boots? No protection whatsoever.

I would not even give them a star . Ordered my regular size size came in and they are to small was willing to exchange but these people will not work with you was offer 3.00 and keep the shoes why should I keep them if they don’t fit . At this point a want a full refund but they won’t work with me

Boots are comfortable but are advertised as waterproof. They are definitely NOT WATERPROOF except for the sole. The upprs allow water through after walking through wet grass etc. We had a very dry period and I only discovered the above when past their 30 days returns/guarantee. Almost impossible to leave a negative review with them directly and customer service will not discus the boots now.

I order 2 pair of boots on November 1, 2024 and here we are on November 22, 2024 no boots and no response for them! Don't buy from them, just a rip-off company on Facebook.

I guess I should’ve done my research before buying. Most of their reviews seemed fake. Some Facebook account aren’t active for years.

Anyways bought a pair of shoes from Dallader and it’s smaller than the size I picked. I ordered a size 8.5 wide, and it’s not even wide. It’s also a bit tight.

Good luck returning it. It’s impossible to get a return and you have to deal with sending it back to China.

Check Temu. Same shoe for like $10. Should’ve done my research.

Not even worth 1 star. Wrong size, wrong boots. Offered $8 refund to keep a pair of boots that do not fit. Disgusting customer service. Not even prepared to send the correct order. Do not buy from them.

Ordered a 15W boot and got a boot about a size 5 instead. When I emailed them about they wanted pictures of boot and packaging. Sent the pictures and all they offered was $3 credit and said to donate the boot to someone. I see that I'm not the only person to get ripped off by them. Facebook needs to remove their advertising on it.

Shoes did not fit. After 3 days of emails to try to initiate a return they suggested I find someone who the shoes will fit and give to them. They offered me $3.00 towards a purchase of another pair. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Trust all the 1 star reviews.

No reply from several attempts to contact customer service for refund on boots that do not fit. Stay away.

After receiving the boots and wearing them for a week, one of the shoelace loops broke. I contacted customer service and they offered a $8 refund. Not satisfied with this they said I could return them (at my cost to Chyna) which would have cost me almost as much of the boot. Needless to say I’m stuck with a crappy pair of boots, comfortable but crappy workmanship. Also, after a month a second loop broke. DONT BUY THESE SHITTY BOOTS!

Order never canceled and received incorrect size boot. Ordered size 13 received size 11.5 also was in European sizes so how could they be made in USA. like they claim they are made.

This is the second order from this company. Both orders were incorrect and on both occasions I was informed to deal with it. This is truly a BS company and no one should ever order from them. To do so, you take the chance of a loss.

These boots are not leather and not USA made as advertised.
I will not recommend this product.
I will most likely donate these new boots to a local charity.

They sent the wrong size and said that they would give me an 8 dollar credit on an 80.00 dollar order and said I should donate them. They said it had to be shipped to manufacturer and would cost more to ship than the order. I will see if paypal will make good on this. Do not buy from these people

I bought a pair of these boots to walk my dogs on trails a couple days a week. After a couple months of wear, the velcro above the zipper came loose and had to be re sown. After 11 months of wear, the soles came apart. I would recommend not purchasing these.

Company does not offer returns and sent wrong size to boot. No marking as far as size since made in China. They suggested I give them away as a gift. STAY AWAY!

I purchased a pair of "waterproof" boots from this company for dog walking. When they arrived they looked great and felt very comfortable.
I have only had them for 15 days and one of the eye holes has now fallen out meaning that i cannot tighten them properly, and today after a slight bit of rain both my feet were soaked. Avoid this company, the boots are falsely advertised and very poor quality

Well first I waited 3 weeks to receive the product only to find out that the wrong size was sent. I emailed them and was requested to send a picture that shows the problem. I sent a picture of their boot next to mine. I where a size 11 they sent me a size 5 not even close. I simply asked them to make it right, the boots appear to be well made and durable but I cannot get my foot in them. They then told me in a lot of words that I just need to give the boots they sent away as a gift and they would refund me $3, the boots cost me around $60. And then I was told I needed to check and make sure I knew what size shoe I where, well guess what I've been wearing the same size boot for over 30 years I think I know what size I where. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE
