This company is a bunch if crooks and their warranty is non existent. The shoes/ boots I received did not fit so I asked to send them back. They said to give them to someone they might fit and they would refund ne $3 Buyer beware!!! Bob Clark

Bought two pair of their boots which is turning out to be a complete mistake. Ordered 12 Wide, these are very narrow.
Additionally, the advertisements all state "Made In USA" yet they shipped from China, and someone along the way took a magic marker pen to cover over the "Made In China" label on the tongue of the shoe.
Furthermore-these shoes have a bright red "KKK" on the front of the tongue, and another "KKK" embossed on the sides.
Certainly will not be wearing anything with that on them.
Fraud company.

Bought a pair of boots because they said they were comfortable and didn't realize at that time.That it was not u s a boats that it was shipped from china and the company is owned in. Not only did they send me the wrong size but the wrong boots . They only give you an email to talk to someone and i have sent many messages no response
and they don't even send you a message back and there is no phone numbers . Don't buy from these people it's a scam .

This company is a joke. I should have read all the reviews before I ordered so its my fault. Nothing but bad reviews. Theg claim they are made in USA but my boots shipped from China. They also shipped me the wrong size. After reading countless reviews it would be a waste of time and money to try and make it right.

I ordered their shoes and and their sizes. Do you not adhere to u? S sizes, they are too small and they're quality. Other shoes or horrible. Per their policy. I contacted them asked them to send me the correct size or a refund. They refuse to do both. I pointed out the return policy was supposed to be hassle-free. According to their website and uh, they offered me $3 on a refund or I could send them back to China. At a cost of over $40, right? That they said I have to pay the shipping and then they would refund my money. I would still be out twenty dollars and no shoes. Horrible product. Horrible return policy that they do not honor and horrible experience.

As selling in the UK expected some support, but nothing, long time to arrive, when asking for returns have to go via china and by the company choice and your cost, Do not expect any customer service or returns all adverts are misleading, and assumedly fraudulent

Absolute trash "waterproof" boots! Soles falling off and heels have rolled inward after wearing maybe a dozen times, got wet a couple times. They only get 1 star cuz it's the only way I could leave a review...

This company is a scam. The “motorcycle boots” they sent have no protection as advertised. They say they are refundable but they offer no help and, as other have said, offer you a $3 discount.

Got my order fast and correct

First off they say made in America. That's the first lie. Second is they claim that they are safety toe and there's no safety toe at all. They when I contact them they are in China and the boots were shipped from China. All lies from this company. They offered me 3.00 back to try and make me happy. Almost 63.00 for a pair of 20.00 dollar boots from the dollar store. JUNK! DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM. I will be writing reviews across the internet and putting in a claim through PayPal.

I ordered these for my husband since he needed a new pair of boots. Wasn't sure how long it would take to get them or if the size would be true. Took 3 weeks to get them and was able to track them as well. Yes they come from China but it wasn't long for the delivery. He normally takes a 10 wide. I did a 10.5 wide. He first looked at them and though they wouldn't fit. We'll He got them on and they fit great. I would definitely order again. Love the fact they even have walking shoes as well.

Their shoes are calibrated in the wrong size and when you receive them and they don't fit, NO exchange and no refund. Don't buy.

the eyelet was not sewn right came apart i would not recommend buying from this outfit!!!!

SCAM!!! Not made in the USA. Not made of leather. They sent me the wrong style and size and did not exchange. No number to call. Tried to file a complaint with my credit card and they claim item was delivered so the money was not returned to me. DO NOT BUY!!!

Wrong size boots delivered and a refusal to change the ordered boots to the correct size at their expense. They suggested that I give them away as a present! A terrible company.

SHOES ARE NOT MADE IN U.S.A.

Bought a new pair of waterproof boots for work. They were the worse boots ever. They started falling apart after two days, were not even slightly waterproof, and the soles were so thin small stones would bruise the foot.
I made a complaint, and was offered 3 dollars as compensation, or I could return to China at my own cost. They were advertised as made in the USA! Buyer beware!

Sent me wrong Boots need to pay postage to send back to China. Sent these boot instead of correct as think they trying to get rid of these boots and know not many going to pay postage back to China.
Totally disappointed.
