Good packaging tasty tender meat have bought before

Sadly, I'm going to have to cut down on stars. Delivery was quick. Items arrived still very cold and the ice pack was solid. The recycled wool idea is brilliant.

The meat taste was good and without connective tissue, etc. worth the money.

However, you sent me the wrong product. I've contacted your team the same day and never received a reply. It has been a week+ now. I had to use the meat otherwise would have gone to waste which is a shame. The packs were labelled Rib Eye but it was actually sirloin. Still prime cut, but not what I wanted and ordered.

E: 2 months in and still no reply. Won't be ordering again based on customer service experience. Shame as the product seems quite good.

The process of buying a Norfolk black turkey from damn delicious was effortless they did everything They could to facilitate my order and after buying one last year I have high hopes of another fantastic Xmas meal thank you very much..!!
