Placed an order for £156.98 of meat.
The order arrived in a very damaged box with meat juices dripping from the bottom. Inside the foil bag didn’t cover the meat and the three ice packs were warm. The meat was also warm and both the loin of pork & chicken breasts bags had blown. I sent six emails to Bennett’s without reply. Next day I found their phone number and called them, when they eventually answered I explained the situation but they said that the lady who deals with online ordering doesn’t work Wednesday’s and hung up.
Eventually I received an email stating it was DPD’s fault and they would make a claim with them and get back to me when they had received DPD’s response. I am still awaiting a reply.

Top service and a top guy all make you feel welcome . My steaks minted lamb and chops all bang on I’ll be back up this weekend as all the lamb chops i have smashed straight in 😂😂🙏🙏 keep up the good work guys

I have been buying form these since lockdown, always been amazing products and service, can’t beat champagne quality at lemonade prices

You get what you pay for at Bennett what you see on his Facebook page is not what you get in the shop but that’s life I go to a different butchers now and give a couple of quid more per kilo for good quality meat 

Iv been ordering from Bennett’s for around 2 years now and the meat quality and quantity is great value for money.

Great meat great staff!! I buy every week and yet to have anything that wasn’t 100%. I always order a Rib of beef for Christmas always amazes the family how good it is!!

Received on time Sirloin steaks,container full of blood and meat bright red,also only 5 and not 6 steaks.Dogs might like.8 lamb chops the packaging was absolutely awful. The chops tiny, nothing like the photos and again container very wet. 1kg black garlic rump, container full of blood looks inedible.The lamb rump looks OK but never again.

Always good quality products deliveries always on time I’ve used Bennett over 25 times and still using them good quality meat at the right price five stars.

I ordered over £50 wotth of meat. It arrived after 6pm on the scheduled day. The ice pack ( single) was totally defrosted and the meat smelt awful. I have tried on 2 occasions to email for a refund and an explanation but have still had no response from Bennetts. Will never use them again and will not recommend to anyone. Very poor service.

Great meat at great prices.
So far had a Boston Butt, two pork collars and bunch of ribeye steaks, the quality is superb and the price unbelievable. Delivery has always been quick and on the day that it was promised. Will definitely return for more.

Great service, great quality & a great deal!

Ordered the rib eye steak - 1st two tough - not great and needed some age. Gave 4 to my son and his wife and he said they were okay.
Came when they said via DPD so can’t improve on that but wouldn’t buy again sadly have to say “you get what you pay for”.

cannot solve my problem ( redeeming vouchers ) as no-one to talk to

I lost all faith in Bennets - I do not think they care

Website said 5lb mince for £10, when I got it home I weighed it and they’d given me 2.5 lb but still charged £10, bought with other items so didn’t realise straight away, sent message but no reply, obviously they don’t care, lesson learned, don’t shop there,
