It was such a lovely brand.. not anymore
It used to be such a lovely brand, but after their “comeback” it’s absolutely terrible. I ordered a dress and the quality is awful. The sizing is off as well — I honestly don’t know what body type it’s designed for.
Delivery took two weeks, and I had no idea it would be coming from China now 😭
The return process is a joke too — they ask you to include a note inside the parcel with your full name, email address, order number, and the items you’re returning. Of course, you also have to pay for the return yourself, and who knows how long it will take to get a refund.
Such a frustration. I had very high expectations for the new Dancing Leopard.

Will never order anything ever again. Did not realise it is now based in China. Ordered something 3 weeks ago and still not arrived. Awful now, such a shame as i used to love.

What has happened to Dancing Leopard??? 😭 my all time favourite clothing brand. I have a wardrobe full of their gorgeous dresses. Was made up when they relaunched and did a big order.
Sooooo disappointed. Came in Shein packaging. The quality is absolutely awful. Which a shame.
Prices are now lower but for the awful quality they are still too high,
Such a shame that this has happened to such a gorgeous company. Won’t be ordering again despite being a long time loyal customer

Terrible. All shipped from china and delivery takes ages. Order placed nearly 2 weeks ago and still not received. Fraudulent company. Avoid!! Would give less stars if I could!

It's all changed and not for the better!
Unfortunately, Dancing Leopard is under new management and are using Shein for fulfilment. Although the prices have been reduced it is reflected in the poor quality of the clothing. I ended up returning 4 out of 5 items and will not be ordering again. The quality of the fabrics, the stitching and the sizing have gone down hill. It is such a shame as DL were my go to for dresses and knitwear. I am sure they will gain a new following but unfortunately they will lose a loyal customer base.

Fulfilled by Shein
I’m a bit confused. I’ve ordered from Dancing Leopard in the past and have been in their shop in Ibiza. I made an order this week and noticed the prices were lower, then I see my parcel is coming from China and on the shipping info of the website it says “fulfilled by Shein”. Has Dancing Leopard been sold to Shein?! I’ll update when my parcel arrives to comment if the dress is the same quality.

Terrible experience and got a 1st time…
Terrible experience and as 1st time buyer I will NEVER purchase from this company! Parcel never delivered, lost by the courier apparently which is understandably frustrating for everyone at this time of year but whomever I spoke with through emails was a cheeky inconsiderate cow who clearly was not interested in helping me or looking into the order! Absolutely no regard for customers and keeping them!VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES! Dont waste your hard earned money on this site! there are better websites out there with similar clothing!

I've shopped with DL several times over…
I've shopped with DL several times over the years and have always been impressed with the quality and range of vibrant colours of their items. Most recently, I purchased two identical dresses in different colours. When I decided to return one, I realised I was outside of their returns policy. I contacted customer service explaining I'd been overseas with work and missed the deadline, and they kindly extended the policy, allowing me to return the item and receive a full refund. Truly outstanding customer service!

Terrible quality
Ordered a jumpsuit, after the second wear one of the popper buttons fell off (not an easy at-home repair). My seamstress repaired it and I wore it for the 3rd time at which point another button fell off. Dreadful quality and the ironically named "customer happiness" team declined to help. Do not recommend.
Edit for clarity. The jumpsuit was unwearable after the first button fell off and it took me a while to get around to paying for a repair. I assumed at that point it was bad luck. The first time I wore it post the repair another button fell off and it became clear it's a quality issue. Ultimately the product is unfit for purpose and I would not purchase from this business again. I hope if this happens to anyone else you seek a replacement immediately instead of having it repaired yourself in good faith.

Dancing Leopard is one of my favourite…
Dancing Leopard is one of my favourite online clothing boutiques. I love their bold colours, designs and styles. I own quite a lot of their designs, especially the knits. I get a lot of complements whenever I'm wearing of their pieces. Also, I've found their customer service a top notch too. Victoria has been really prompt and helpful whenever I've had issues. I love the experience of shopping with Dancing Leopard!

My favourite clothing boutique
My favourite clothing boutique. I absolutely love the styles, colours, materials and obsessed with the harem jumpsuits and have every colour in my collection. They are amazing for holidays and for summer and so comfortable. I always get compliments on my DL clothes and i never send anything back because the fitting is perfect and they always look fab. Treats customers terribly
I was suffering from a personal tragedy and was unable to ask for the refund within the 21 day timeframe. I explained my situation and was told each time that as I had missed the deadline, a late returns option of a credit note would be offered. As I am never going to order from this company again, I find that to be a little unhelpful. I feel the company has shown a complete lack of compassion and understanding to their customers. All I was asking for was a little act of goodwill towards me, but it seems that the company does not prioritise their customers. I asked to make a complaint and was told that as I had been emailing a manager (I was not aware of this at the time), they would pass the information onto head office. I would have much preferred to speak to somebody new and explain my situation in more detail over the phone, but this has not been allowed. So perhaps there is nobody at the head office, which then makes it pointless to complain. Terrible customer service!

For our customers who are unable to log their return within our 21-day timeframe, we do allow late returns up to 45 days in exchange for a credit note and this information was shared with you in our first response.
When you responded asking to raise a complaint, our Customer Service Manager confirmed in their reply that you were speaking with them directly and that they would be handling your case. They handle all complaints through customer service and the outcome is logged for reference.
While we don’t offer a telephone service, we are always available via email or live chat. We’ve also shared how you can put your concerns in writing if you’d like your experience to be reviewed further.
