Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Olivia was so helpful with sizing advice when I ordered my ring, and when I unfortunately got the size wrong, she went above and beyond to speed up the exchange process and make sure it arrived before my holiday.

If all companies had customer service this good, and products of such high quality, the world would be a happier place! Highly recommend. I bought a letter necklace a few months ago and then recently decided I would like to add two extra bits to it. I asked by email, they replied quickly saying no problem with clear instructions and information, I sent it back to them (free of charge!), the cost to have what I wanted done was extremely reasonable - literally the cost of the extra bits - it has been returned to me and I love it! Overall, the cost of their products seem as they should be, high quality items, attention to detail is lovely, super friendly and helpful staff. Olivia helped me - thank you Olivia! I will recommend to friends and I will be back!

Whenever I visit the Daniella Draper store in Beverley I always receive fantastic customer service. The staff are so welcoming and the service is both exemplary and personal. The product range in store is fantastic and items are always well presented both in store and when packaged to be taken home.
I have had a number of my items for some years and the quality is great, the look is timeless and my items look as good now as the day I bought them.

Love both Lincoln and Leeds stores. Staff always very helpful and never any pressure put on to buy. Although we usually do!

The staff were really helpful, and helped me with my choice and gave me additional ideas to add to my bracelet at another time. Victoria and Sarah were friendly, and helpful and polite (not pushy). Bonus money off reward, as purchased items before. Grimsby store Great. Yes i will go back.

Bought my first ever Daniella Draper piece from the Beverly store and I’m in love! I bought the tiny hoop earrings and they are great for everyday wear. Love it. I also bought the diffuser and candle in seashore No 26 and it smells like heaven.

I visited the Beverley store today and had a lovely experience with the staff there who helped me find the right pieces. I have great friends who had bought me a gift voucher and I have now got a gorgeous necklace and bracelet.

I love coming into the shop the ladies are always so helpful and kind and look amazing the jewellery is the best in town and the shop is so cute xx

Excellent aftercare service by staff in the cleethorpes shop as always! My original silver cuff bangle had become misshapen and scratched when I had an accident and the workshop had it looking like new in no time! Top marks! 🫶👌

Very helpful and friendly staff in the Lincoln store. The bracelet I hoped to buy wasn't available in the rope colour I wanted but was delivered by post , beautifully wrapped a few days afterwards as promised by the staff. Absolutely beautiful bracelet.
