They don't know the meaning of home…
They don't know the meaning of home delivery. First add the feature of where you can deliver and then take the order. I ordered an item 10 days ago and at very last moment I got a call and they said they can only delivery to the way and they cannot drive 5 more minutes. This is not the customer service I was expecting. If you can't drive for 5 more minutes take your item with you. Very very disappointed. I will never order anything in future and also told people not to buy anything from daraz. Extremely bad customer service. If I would I will give 0 star.

Very Very bad experience with Daraz
Very Very bad experience with Daraz. I purchased a bag but when i got the delivery the product was different and used one than that of the product shown in the website. I return the product but had to wait one week as they had to do quality check first for refund. Quality check should be done at first before the delivery of product to the customer. Daraz should be more customer focus and select the seller carefully.
