Darvin Furniture;
I met with Jeff Blocker on multiple occasions to guide me as my significant other was ill. Jeff was very professional, courteous, friendly and great knowledge of Darwin’s furniture selections.
We struggled to find what we wanted until Jeff showed us additional options and we found a leather sofa that had all the options we asked for and a color we both loved. We decided on two sofa’s versus a sofa loveseat option,
We have to add that Jeff is a pleasure to work with. There was no salesman pressure, he answered all our questions and gave us all the facts we needed to make a purchase.

The absolutely worst

The absolutely worst! DO NOT BUY MATTRESSES FROM THEM! They do not allow you to return and/or exchange mattresses PERIOD! The absolutely worst experience I have ever had! Now I'm stuck with a mattress that kills me and I have a neck injury! Don't do it!

Darvin has been a nightmare...

Edit: 3 months later and I still haven't received my furniture and I'm still not receiving ANY communications regarding my order status. Keeping up with these people is a full time job with terrible benefits. Also, I did get a credit for being d**n near assaulted by their delivery guy but that is hardly enough compensation for being put in a position of being fearful of my physical safety at 9 months pregnant. I'll never order furniture from them again.

Original Review:
Darvin has been a nightmare to work with since placing my order back in March of 2021. My furniture was on backorder and during that time, they increased the price of my furniture after our purchase agreement and financing was finalized. Vic nor anyone from management has gotten back to me to correct the pricing on my order. When I informed them of the issue, they asked ME to send THEM a copy of the original purchase agreement to prove they hiked the prices up on me. Delivery guy was disrespectful and aggressive (aggressively throwing pillows and cushions into my arms while I am 9 months pregnant). No one returns my calls or responds to any concerns I have voiced. This is the first and last purchase I will ever make with Darvin.

Poor delivery personnel

Just received our recliner and the delivery men RAN out before bringing the old one to the garage, as promised from the delivery personnel. (Old one came apart in two pieces, but they wouldn’t even try to accommodate us).
Extremely unprofessional and it WILL be our last purchase from Darvin.
Buyer BEWARE!

I would give them minus stars if I could. I bought a couch and loveseat at the end of Aug 2020. I was told two weeks for the pieces to be delivered. I still haven’t received either piece. I tried to call them to complain At the beginning of Feb 2021. Their phone system is designed to make sure you’ll never reach a living person. Finally I was able to text someone about my purchase. He told me I would get my furniture in two weeks. I still haven’t gotten my furniture. I demanded my money back. They refused. A few weeks ago they sent a package of brownies to apologize. YOU CAN’T SIT ON BROWNIES!!!! They are thieves

Worst experience and service we ever had

We have been longtime customers of Darvin furniture, never had a problem with them until September 2020. I stopped by the physical location with family members to purchase 2 new mattresses, with the expected delivery date, as I was told, at the end of September. When I made a call back 2 weeks later, we were told the new delivery date was to be the end of October. We didn't receive our mattresses until the first week of this month (November 3rd to be exact) the second mattress set arrived with 2 foundation bases instead of 1 foundation and 1 mattress. I've called back the same day to report their mistake and it took until Thursday November 5th for the actual mattress to arrive. Another problem arised afterwards where the mattress itself was not the one I had purchased during the store visit. Instead, the mattress I received was one I had seen on sale for $900, the Serta Perfect Sleeper plush top mattress (I had purchased the Sealy queen Z7 hybrid performance mattress that was $1,299.00) so I was overcharged $400 for a mattress I did NOT purchase. The company has been given me the go around and I have called and left messages, including for the store manager. My concern with the way some of the sales people have responded to our order complaints leads me to believe that they have done this to other costumers before. As long time customers, we are incredibly disappointed with the service we were given and will look elsewhere to shop.
