Terrible brand. They will take ur money and not deliver the product

The phone number for customer care is always switched off.. They don't reply to emails or WhatsApp.. Order paid and confirmed since 14 October and I need the clothes to wear to an event and they are not replying.. They took my money and didn't ship.. I dealt with them in 2024 and the order was shipped quickly.. Now I will need to buy something else to wear for the event... What a waste of time and money

What a terrible organisation to do business with! No response, no delivery dates given, pathetic service. I bought some clothes on 27th Oct (paid 25k) but there is no information coming from them. A scam no doubt. I also tried to contact the influencer (Jainee Gandhi) and ask her help but there was no response.

The products are great and the quality is good. What needs to improve are their communication and delivery time. It can get frustrating following up with them. Received the products and loved them.

No response since placing order with them! Zero customer service! The most terrible, horrible expereience. Till date I have yet to receive any response from them on my order, it's been over a month! No clothes and no response.
This website is 100% a scam!

This website is absolutely terrible. Its been a month since I placed an order and their customer service has not given an update whatsoever. I am starting to think this company is a scam to steal money.
I cant believe this is a Seema Gujral family run business. What an absolute scam. EXTREMELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

No Clothes - Customer Service MIA

Ordered my clothes almost a month ago. No tracking number, no clothes arrived, no response from customer service. I paid a lot of money and now I am worried they are never going to send me the clothes or refund me. Scam.

I ordered outfits for Diwali on Oct 4th and it’s now Oct 23rd and Diwali is over and I haven’t received my clothes. I emailed them and called them before Diwali asking them to expedite my order and they said they would but nothing happened. I have since emailed them and have heard nothing back. Their customer care number is switched off since Diwali so I can’t get in touch with them. Basically I have no idea what’s happening with my order. I have my father’s 80th on 25 th and thought I’d wear the outfits then but there’s no sign of them. All in all it’s been a terrible experience with dash and dot and will never order from them again.

It has been 20 days. I ordered 3 things. They have dispatched one item.

Nobody replies on email or whatsapp.

This is a scam brand.

They lied about the delivery date by 3.5 weeks and despite me asking them for clarity continued to not reply and send the clothes after I mentioned that I would no longer need them. The customer service is absolutely terrible and typical of what I have experienced from Indian designers sadly. Promise with no follow through and no accountability.

Extremely Disappointed – Feels Like a Scam
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this brand has been beyond frustrating. The customer service is practically non-existent, it takes hours (sometimes days) to get a response, and the contact details they share are either wrong or unresponsive.
What’s worse, they operate under the guise of a luxury designer brand but show no accountability once a product is sold. Despite designer Seema Gujral being one of the founders, it’s shocking how poorly this business is run. They only offer store credit — no refunds whatsoever — which feels like a deliberate tactic.
As someone who understands how businesses operate, I can empathize with wanting to minimize shipping losses. But refusing refunds altogether shows a complete lack of faith in their own products and zero respect for their customers. Once they’ve made the sale, it’s clearly not their problem.
To make things worse, they’ve tactically deleted genuine negative reviews and customer complaints across platforms, leaving only the glowing paid ones to create a false image of reliability. It’s incredibly misleading and unethical.
It’s disheartening to see people who call themselves “founders” and “designers” operate like this. This brand has lost all credibility in my eyes. Don't shop here ever no matter how good the product looks.

No option to give in negative!

After clearly providing them the measurements, they have sent a shirt which is way over in size. After which they have the audacity to say that customised it to my requirements, the shirt can't be returned.

I will surely put in a complaint with the consumer forum, but you guys becareful of the scam!

The product quality is below average, fit is outrageous and prices you know!

Extremely disappointed.

Delayed shipment: The order arrived much later than expected.
Incorrect sizing: Despite clearly providing my measurements in the order notes, they chose to make the off-shoulder dress a size larger and even added straps so it wouldn’t slip. When I shared photos, they admitted they had made it bigger but defended it as being "for my ease and comfort"!!! They don't make clothes to fit the customer but to their whims and fancies.

Incorrect length: The dress length was also wrong.

Poor customer service: They take hours to respond, and even after acknowledging that the sizing was incorrect, they refused to provide a proper solution. Their attitude was extremely defensive throughout.

For the price point, I expected far better service and accountability.

Customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority.

Terrible service and the product is not what is advertised!!!

I’ve ordered a number of items from this site and they’ve always been exactly what I expected.
I recently contacted dash and dot via WhatsApp to get an outfit customised and sent out very quickly. They have been nothing but excellent with their customer service and meeting my dates and sizing.
I can’t wait for my outfit to arrive next week.

The worst. Its over 10 days and no delivery yet, even though i paid for international courier.
Pathetic customer service. Never will I engage with this company.
