For that high a price, they need to have a better return and exchange policy than 7 days, especially when they take ages to dispatch the product when ordered from their website. The 7 day return/exchange window is too short, and no option for store credit also after that period.

The customer service was very prompt. I live in Austria and I received my product in less than 10 days. I absolutely love the item. The quality is really good and it's absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be shopping from them again.

Received my order, extremely pleased. Yes order a bit longer than expected but from India to USA and during these time it was to be excepted. Outfits are exactly as pictured and I am very pleased. One outfit length was perfect.
The other arrived long. No issue as I can shorten easily.

The modern design caught my eye, but the offline store didn't have enough options.
Since there was a dress I wanted to wear while traveling, I checked the stock and delivery time with customer service. Even though it was Saturday, the CS checked my request until the end. I am now waiting for the dress to arrive on time. Judging from the response from CS, I believe they will be on time.

Recently purchased a Bandhini kaftan dress that split along the stitch after just one wear. The quality is subpar, especially considering the premium price point. Their customer response was unhelpful and dismissive. Not worth the money. Would not recommend."

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Dash and dot. The luxury clothing sounded appealing, but the service was anything but.

Major Issues:

- No proper customer service: No phone or email support, only WhatsApp.
- Delayed responses: 3+ hours to reply to each message.
- Slow shipping: Took 14 days to receive my order.

*Expectation vs. Reality:*

I expected premium service for the high prices, but it felt like a scam. The lack of direct communication and slow responses made the experience frustrating.

*Advice:*

Unless they improve their customer service, I'd advise others to think twice before ordering.

The order was not delivered on time, even after repeatedly telling them that I have flight to catch in 10 days. I requested the parcel to be returned to sender and if they could refund me the money. Its been 13 days and they still haven't issued me the store credit As another the other review they do not refund the money. Have been chasing them everyday and all i get is ,' we will issue the credit once we have the parcel back . They are harassing me for my money and have no system in place for deliveries and returns.
FRAUD, Be warned

No returns, exchanges, or refunds for international customers. It's buried in the small print, but even though sizing was considerably wrong and I offered to pay the return shipping, they refused to do anything to remediate. Yes it's on the site, but since I've never encountered any store marketing internationally whose return policy was 'tough luck,' I didn't check. Hopefully this helps would be international buyers!
