Dawn Bibby Avis 545

I have just finished cutting up my sixth ribbon bow wreath I purchased from Dawn Bibby & this is the third one where there isn’t enough ribbon & one shade has a terrible hole & join in it , I am going to have to loose this piece & therefore be short. In everyone one of the kits I have used so far there has been at least one shade which is in two halves & therefore I either have to glue them together or loose the ends.
I love the kits but I am really dissatisfied with the quality of the products which is a shame.

I purchased the Dawn Bibby die magnetic folder and some extra folders to put in. Although it came quickly and the folder seems to be if fair quality when you add the dies to the folder and an extra couple of magnetic sheets it's very difficult to zip up. It's a design failure that the folders are envelope design with a popper. They do up from the side and all those poppers sit on top of each other and cause it to buldge.

I received the Christmas box and was very unhappy with the contents. I informed Helen Johns who advised me she would send a Hermes Label to return the parcel, despite various emails back and forth I never received the label.
I have messaged Dawn Bibby to no avail.
I then find an address for Dawn Bibby and return the parcel at a cost of £6 to Craft Buddy at Chesham.
I then email Helen Johns to find out if they have received my parcel to no avail.
I have emailed craft buddy last night and have been informed that the parcel needs to be sent to another address at my cost.
I find it absolutely appalling that this is how customers are treated. This has been an ongoing issue for 6 weeks and has left me very frustrated and angry at the lack of communication with Dawn Bibby and her team.

I ordered Dawn Bibby card kit...the card kit was fine...but she plasters her name great big on the back of card...it's not small or discreet. But too large for the greeting card...and the cards are made by me...so why would I want her name on it.

I've bought from Dawn on a number of occasions now and every time the service has been excellent with immediate despatch and a very speedy delivery. Quality of goods is great too. Thank you.

No used them yet but they look easy to use

Very pleased with the 'Festive lantern' die set. However I think the packaging was very flimsy, and even though there were 'Do Not Bend' stickers, I think an extra piece of card could have been added inside to protect the dies.

I am so pleased with this item.went to Peterborough show and sat and made the Rose's by Dawn Bibby and just had to buy 2 sets love all the products
